In, "Season 17, Episode 2: The Center Won't Hold", after Teddy apologize to Owen, and he can't forgive her.

Jo, is particularly harsh with her. And, Teddy asked her if she ever made a mistake that she regretted.

"Have you ever made a mistake that you regret it"? Teddy said.

Jo turned around and looked at her, stunned. Was Teddy actually asking her that.

"I have made mistakes and I have regretted, and nothing like that".

"What did I do, that was so horrible", Teddy asked.

Jo just looked at her.
