~°Genesis' POV°~

I coughed out water as I felt I was on land. My vision was blurry. I then turned to my side and saw a figure walking up me. I saw the figures hair flow into the wind. At this moment I knew it was a woman. This woman had a long dress. She looked like a Goddess walking towards me. She crouched down to me and then I saw the face I wasn't expecting to see. Avenir's face.

"You're lucky I saved you but this time I'm not taking care of you. " she said.

Her hands then glow and then I quickly fell back to darkness.

"Argh.." I groaned as I felt my body sting.

My eyes fluttered open as my vision adjusted. I moved my head to the side and saw I was in a medieval typed bedroom. I quickly sat up as my vision finally adjusted. I saw a plate of cookies and milk beside my bed and there was a plate filled with meat and vegetables. I turned around wondering where I was but then it hit me, 'I saw Avenir earlier'

"Was it a dream?" I asked.

Suddenly, the door opened. I saw a man bringing in a pitcher of water. He saw me and smiled.

"Oh hello! You're finally awake." he said as he placed the pitcher of water on the table.

"Umm.. May I ask? Where am I?" I asked.

He smiled, "You're in one of my special rooms in my Inn. A lovely lady brought you here and said she'll pay for your room and for the medications that needed to be done for you." He said.

"What? Medications?" I asked.

"When she brought you here, you had wounds. She said you hit your head on a sharp rock and rolled down on some more sharp rocks. It was nice of her to help you in your need."He said smiling at me.

" Can you tell me how she looked? "I asked him.

"She had dark blue-ish hair, somewhat caramel skin and blue eyes. She had a very lovely blue dress. It seemed like one of the Targareyen type dress. And speaking of clothes, she brought you some clothes after she left. She said that you would look like one of the villagers with the outfit she bought just from the clothes store not too far away from here. "He said rummaging in the closet.

He then pulled out a plastic bag of the closet." Here. You'll look like one of us she said. "he said with a smile.

I took the plastic bag."By the way, where am I?" I asked.

He smiled, "Welcome to the Ethereal Village. We may seem medieval but that's where the beauty is in." He said as he left the room.

I checked the plastic bag and saw my clothes.

"Is this payback?" I asked.

I looked at myself in the mirror. "I really look like someone from the old days..." I sighed.

I was wearing a long red coat which looked like the one outfit for Grim Reapers but red. I had black leather boots. I had worn brown pants with a white t shirt tucked inside my red coat. There was also a belt incase my pants were too big for me. I officially looked like Nick Fury from Avengers without the eye patch. I went out the room and head down some stairs. I then saw the man from earlier on the counter, dusting off some dust. I approached him and he lifted his head to smile at me.

"What do you need?" He asked as he smiled at me.

"I need to know if I am able to return to my home?" I asked.

He looked at me then sighed. This made me worried. What if I can't go back home?

"Sadly, you can't. You're on Althenia right now. The gateway to the Mortal world isn't open yet. Neither will it open for a Grim Reaper like you. Only the Gods and Goddesses can open it. So if you want to go back to the Mortal world, there's no chance you get home. Unless, if you want to go back to your REAL home, the underworld, the gateway is open for all who lives down the underworld. "He said.

My eyes widened." A-Althenia?!"I barely yelled.

" Yes. "He said.

I quickly exit the Inn and looked outside. I saw different colors of trees. I saw a Griffin, Petryons and even fairies flying around.

" Hey Genesis!"I heard a squeaky voice.

I looked around, trying to find whoever was talking. There was no sight of anyone near me which made me question myself. Am I going crazy?!

" No Genesis, you're not going crazy"a voice said.

Suddenly, a fairy was infront of me. She had rainbow wings and had pink hair. I shook my head thinking this might be a dream. That was then the fairy giggled.

"Hi! I'm Athanasia. Your servant pixie."She said as she bowed infront of me in the air.

" Pixie? I thought you were a fairy? And servant? Who asked you to be my servant?"I asked her.

Actually, there were tons of questions in my mind but I just can't voice them out. Athanasia then giggled at how confused I was.

" Ehehe. Pixies are different from Fairies. Pixies use magic pixie dust while fairies don't need magic pixie dust. They just flap their wings and fly without any magic and they tinkle unlike pixies. Pixies can talk while fairies tinkle and you can just see them doing hand signs to you which means they are talking to you. Pixies are also born when a mortal baby laughs for the first time while fairies, they have mothers and Fathers. Basically, Pixies are just children without parents..."Athanasia said with a slight frown.

" But the Goddess Athena decided to keep us and gave us missions to help other people. I'm the most special pixie in Pixie Hollow." She said with a smile.

" And why are you the most special Pixie in Pixie Hollow?" I asked.

"Well, I'm Goddess Athena's personal pixie! And she loves me sooooooo much! She takes care of me. She.... Sings me to bed and she helps me whenever I have a boo boo." She said.

I rolled my eyes and walked away from her.

"Hey! Wait!!" Athanasia flew right infront of me.

I backed up because she just suddenly appeared.

"What do you want?" I asked her.

"Goddess Athena said that she wants meet you and that's why I'm here now. I'm your servant now... Don't leave me behind..." she said with a childish tone.

"I didn't ask for a 3 inch annoying flying servant." I said walking away from her.

This pixie is ticking me off. I didn't ask for her and never did I beg for her. This so called Goddess Athena is ticking me too. I need to find Avenir even if it's the last thing I'll do.
Suddenly, I heard weeping. People around me began to swarm on something. I rolled my eyes since I knew it was that annoying pixie. After that, my ears started swelling at the high pitched scream. I covered my ears as it was unbearable. Even the people around me were wincing in pain.
Suddenly, out of the blue, a woman with a black face mask and in a pink targareyen dress came riding a white horse. She rode to the annoying pixie. She began to sing and she hugged the pixie. She then rode on her horse and placed the pixie in her hands as it was still crying. She began to ride off but then stopped in front of me.

"Get on. Right now." she ordered.

I was kind of surprised in a way, so I decided to mount on the horse. We ended up in a rose garden.

We were now in a greenhouse type place. There, I saw a huge cherry blossom tree. I saw how this woman sang to Athanasia. It was melodic and it was familiar. Once Athanasia was asleep, a magic leaf came. This woman placed the Athanasia on leaf and it carried her somewhere. The woman in a mask looked at me and removed her mask. My eyes began to water as I saw who it was.

"Genesis..." she said in a soft tone.

I looked at her as she looked at me.

"Mom."

Tears started flowing down from our eyes. She opened her arms out. I ran to her and hugged her.

"Mom... I missed you.. W-What are you doing here? I thought you were--" I paused as we separated from the hug.

"W-What?? You're Goddess Athena???" I said in a shocked tone.

She nodded. "Yes I am Athena. Why does it shock you?" She asked.

"B-But... I'm a G-Grim Reaper. H-How?" I looked at her.

She gave me smile. "I'll tell you after you visit Aphrodite. She said she wanted to tell you something very important. Let's go."She said as a she clapped her hands.

Sooner or later, we were on a Pegasus. We were flying above Athenia . It was amazing. Everything seemed to only appear in story books but seeing this much fantasy, it made me believe they were real.

" This is amazing..." I silently said.

"Of course it is. Althenia is home to every magical living creature."Mom said as we were about to land.

" Wait---what about Mount Olympus??"I asked as we unmount from the Pegasus.

She smiled at me,"Son, that place is where all Gods and Goddesses go whenever we need to make judgement."

I looked around at the purple trees in amazement. This may be look like some fairytale but now that I see this... It's amazing. I wonder if I'm in a book too. I know that mom is but am I?

" Genesis. "My mom calls for me.

I quickly ran to where she is. Yet again am I amazed. This place is too much. There was a big castle like figure in the middle of a lake. There is a waterfall running behind the castle like figure. There were blobs of water floating around with flowers in them.

"Athena darling!" A woman with red hair came and hugged mom.

Once they parted their hug, a man came out of the castle like figure and was riding a carpet which was made with water. He touched down right beside the red headed woman. He then bowed and kissed the back of my mother's hand. He smiled and Mom held me.

"This is my son, Genesis." Mom introduced me.

Both the red headed woman and the man with water powers smiled and bowed.

"It's nice to meet you, young man. I am Poseidon God of the Sea. I hope we may be in good terms. "He said as he bowed again.

" It's a pleasure to meet you, sir. "I said as I returned the bow.

I was now waiting for the red head to introduce herself. She knew what I was thinking and so, she smiled. She bowed.

" I am Aphrodite. The Goddess of Love and I see you have someone in mind. "Aphrodite said with a playful smirk.

I looked down as I bowed. I could feel my face heat up. My mom looked at me.

" Genesis? Are you okay sweetheart?"She asked.

I looked at mom and she giggled. I felt my face get even hotter. Suddenly, Aphrodite clears her throat. All of us looked at her.

"Genesis, I believe I summoned you here. Let's go inside my palace shall we?" She said as she held a hand out.

I looked at Poseidon and he smiled,"Go on."he said.

I looked at mom," Don't worry you'll be fine. "She said.

I nodded and held Aphrodite's hand. We were then floating in the air and we entered the palace. I remembered what Athanasia said. These flying tinkling insects---are fairies. Aphrodite smiled at me as we entered a blue room. We then land on the ground. She quickly walked to the patch of dust. I stood there looking around. This was kind of different for her. Everything around us earlier was pink and this room is different. It's blue. Soon, Aphrodite returned. She clapped and a campfire was seen.

"Woah.." I said in amazement.

She chanted something and then threw yellow dust. The fire began to emerge. To admit, it was scary and shocking at first.

"Genesis.." Aphrodite said.

I looked at her, "Yes?" I asked.

"Hold my hand." She said.

I hesitated at first but then I gave in and held her hand. Suddenly, her eyes glowed white. The fire infront of me was white. I then heard voices.

"Your reality with her..." She said.

I looked at fire and gasped silently in shock.

"You knew and you didn't tell me?! You took advantage of me."Avenir said with anger and sadness laced in her voice.

" You used me!"Avenir yelled as her eyes turned back to normal as tears all fell down on her face

" She was deeply hurt... "Aphrodite said.

" I know.. "I looked down.

" But you did redeem her back once.."Aphrodite said.

"Huh?"I looked at her and she pointed to the fire.

"Hey! Watch your language mister! You have to put one dollar in the swear jar now!." Avenir said with her cute voice.

"Great! I have more money for my dream school and dream house and maybe." she smirked as she held the jar close and looked at me.

"What? You can't buy a dream boy." I said as I ruffled her hair.

"You made her happy.." Aphrodite said as she looked at me.

I chuckled at how innocent we were. I remember every moment of that day. I smiled at it.

" don't worry... I'll bring you back to your family. I promised to keep you safe... Remember ... "

"You saved her..." Aphtodite said as she looked down.

I looked down. Memories flashed back. I felt tears fall but I prevented them from falling. What is this Goddess trying to tell me? She then turned to me.

"You made things possible even though you lost family..." She said with a faint smile.

She held my hand and smiled at me.

"Avenir has a lot planned for her future... And you're the only one who can stop her from being deminished by her enemies." She said as she looked at the flame.

I was confused but then looked at the flame. My eyes widened.

"Avy.. It's okay... That's how love works..." An angel hugged her.

"He.. He.. Used me.." Avenir said as she was crying.

"Oh Avy, I'm sorry this happened. I wish I was there to beat the marbles out of him but I wasn't... And it's illegal in God's world." the angel said.

"Flora.... I wish.. I wish I knew how to stop this war... Everything and Everyone around me is going to die... And I don't even know who my parents are anymore..." Avenir said as she cried.

The angle held her hands and smiled.

"Avy... I know it's hard and I know you can get through it. You're a strong woman. You can do this... Everyone around you is ready to serve you. We're all here for you.." Flora softly said as she tucked Avenir's loose hair behind Avenir's ear.

"Avy... Be strong.." Flora said.

"Flora... I.. It's hurts.." Avenir said.

"Avy.... I know it hurt you but for now I need you to read this. This is where all your questions will be answered." Flora said as she handed Avenir a book.

Avenir looked at it then back at Flora.

"Flora... Thank you so much for being there for me... I love you so much.. You're the bestest friend I could ever ask for..." Avenir said as she hugged her.

Flora smiled,"After you're done reading the book. Come and meet me at the Sanctuary. Someone very important wants to see you." Flora said with a smile.

Avenir smiled,"Okay."

"There are things you need to watch out for... Or else you'll regret losing her." Aphrodite said as the fire grew.

Spells are in books
Which are hidden in nooks.
Ripped from its place
And used to make a race.

Story of a kid

I looked at fire and saw two different kinds of books and a small boy which it's face can't be seen. I saw an empty hall and saw something shine.

A ring been left
Caught by theft.
Key to freedom
Key to the dome.

Unmask the master
Release the muster.
If not,
All will rot.

One last trial to return
One last fight.
No one's turn
But hers.

One slip, and you're gone
One light, to be reborn
One smile with a happy tone
One weapon, to be torn.

Light changed to shadow.
Shadow to dust
With one arrow and bow
Fight with trust.

The fire was gone and the blue room was then seen again. I looked at Aphrodite.

"It is already encrypted in your mind. All you have to do is to analyze very well and the answers will be given to you." She said with a smile.

Sitting on a bench in the rose garden. Everything was processed in my head. What did it mean? This wasn't my first time meeting poets but this one my first time seeing it matter in my fate.

" Genesis. "I heard my mother's voice.

I looked up and saw my mother. She was smiling at me. She was wearing a purple hood and brought a basket.

" Where are you going?"I asked.

She smiled at me," Nowhere. "She said.

" Uh? What's with the basket?" I pointed the basket.

She looked at the basket then back at me.

" Oh, I just came from the village buying some food and some ink. I'm heading to my library to give these to the fairies, pixies and book worms. "She said with a smile as she removed her hood.

" How was your time with Aphrodite?"She asked.

" It was okay. "

The words Aphrodite said flashed into my head. I looked at mom.

" Can I come with you to your library?"I asked.

" Oh. So... Umm. Sudden. Why do you want to go there tho? " she asked.

" Mom, I don't know what a magical library looks like. "I reasoned.

She giggled,"Okay fine. You can come." She smiled.

Yes! Maybe the riddles answer is there.
