Astary is the fourth member of the Black Crow. She is innocent and kind-hearted that the guild members adored her a lot. She has long shiny ebony wavy hair reaching her back, white porcelain skin, golden-brown eyes sparkled like the sun, and pink thin lips that are always smiling.

She loves the guild greatly because it is the only guild that accepted her. The Angel class is a support class that is very hard to level up and its only job is to guide the player using their map. One of the reasons why no one accepted her to any other guild is because they knew, she can't be useful in the battle. The angel attack spell will be opened once they reach a high level for an angel class.

Astary has a skill, Guadian of Protection, a golden barrier that can shield anything and anyone who is inside the barrier.

Chapter Four

As soon as they entered the Mysterious Forest many low-level beasts and monsters came out and surrounded the place but never bothered to attack. It is because beasts and monsters have a strong sense of smell to identify their enemy's strength. If the beasts sensed that they are stronger than their prey, they aggressively attacked it, but since the group has three party members at a high level, a level of more than 100, beasts and monsters were afraid to attacked because they knew, they would be killed in instant.

But something is off about the place. Grunter can't tell what is it. He became alert and feel his surrounding.

The other also felt it.

"Stop!" Lily shouted. "Everybody gets ready for an attack. It's an ambush."

"Shit, I knew it. It's an NPC raider!" Grunter mumbled.

The group stop. The 3 NPC bodyguard of Mr. Brunner got alerted and pulled out their weapon, ready to defend their Lord.

Kyuri who is on the top of the carriage pulled out her sniper rifle and aimed it to the left side.

"Bullets- check

scope - check

scanner - check

My baby is ready to fire, " Kyuri mumbled and scanned the area as the red dots on the side of her gun are running towards them at full speed.

The enemies are coming closer. She aimed her rifle at the left side of the carriage.

At the ground, Grunter positions himself at the back of the carriage, he activated his skill, Stealth- an ability of an assassin to become invisible in a certain period and increases his speed by 10%.

Meanwhile, Razen is ready himself at the right side, enhances his physical stats, and draws his legendary flaming swords.

"This is it. Come on, baby. It's showtime." He said with excitement in his voice. Man, he was waiting for action and the time has come.

"50 NPC RAIDERS COMING FROM THE SOUTH. Grunter, be ready, " Kyuri shouted at the top.

Grunter nodded at her.

"Got it," he answered and pulled out his weapon and raise his masked to cover half of his face. He has a habit of pulling it down and forgot to pull it up.

"Guards stay close on the carriage and don't let anyone come near. " Lily warned them. The guards nodded and readied their weapons.

Lily crouched down and placed her hand on the ground, casting a spell that made the ground lits up and a dark purple magic circle appears in the surrounding.

The four NPC knights of Mr. Brunner walked closer to the carriage to protect the

Mr. Brunner closed the window and silently praying. He trusted his men to protect him and the kids. And, there is Lily, she knew she can do it.

Suddenly out of nowhere, hundreds of arrows are flying towards them.

Astary who sees it's coming, clasp her hands and cast a spell.

"Oh, God, Our Supreme Ruler, The king of the Heaven...  grant us your poor Child. The power to protect... Golden barrier! "

After she cast the spell, the golden barrier appeared, shielding them from the flying arrows.

Then, a total of 100 NPC raiders appeared on both sides and headed at
a fast speed to the carriage.

And the battle began.

The three of them, Razen, Grunter, and Lily went outside the barrier and fight the raiders. 

The sound of clashing of sword and cry of death only can be heard in the place.

Razen wielded his swords and smashed down the raiders who are coming through his way send them flying.

Kyuri, who has never miss a single shot continued to shoot the enemy who is trying to break through on the shield.

On the front, as soon as the raiders step on the magic circle Lily created. The earth opens up and eats them whole into the deepest part of the Earth.

Grunter, who is as fast as the wind, killed the enemy in a swift move. The enemy looks confused wondering what happened when their companion suddenly fell to the ground. Grunter is killing them from behind and they died not knowing how they were killed.

In just a minute, the raider's number decreases. Some of the remaining raiders flew, scared for their life when they saw how the others were killed.

"That was fast! " Kyuri said, blows out the hair covering her eyes.

"Woah. Woah. What was that, Lily-sama? " Razen walked to Lily, he was amused after witnessed what happened to the raiders who were got eaten by the ground approaches Lily.

"Where do they go? " he asked while looking in the ground trying to see if there is a hole.

Lily look at him, annoyed. " I sent them to the abyss. And if you died on this quest, I will send you, too. " then she smirks, made him step back away from her.

"Hehehe, I'll do my best not to!" Razen with an awkward smile. And went back to his station.

'Lily-sama is so scary.' He mumbled after, then hides from her.

Grunter cleared his throat, then walked toward the carriage and told the merchant, Mr. Brunner, that they already finished and the raiders are gone.

Mr. Brunner sighed in relief. Same as the guards, who are very thankful within that nobody died among them and looked at Lily with admiration when she displayed her undeniable power.

They continued their journey. The party decided to camp out near the river before it's getting dark.

Grunter and Razen are setting up the tent while the girls are busily chatting on the corner which made Razen annoyed.

He told them to help but the girl's only reason out was that the boys can do it without their help and the word "You are the guild's leader".

Razen only shakes his head and just continued setting up their tent with a heavy heart. Complaining again to Grunter why he needs to do this but one look from Grunter made him shut up and in the end, he is silently setting-up the tent.

When they finished, Mr. Brunner positioned his guard not so far away from the carriage and their tent to look out the area for the possible ambush.

The night has started, the moon's shone brightly gives then a little light. Grunter made a bonfire and Razen lit it up with his swords. The two girls are munching the fish Kyuri caught in the river. Me. Brunner told them about his life. The group was fascinated with his experience before he became rich. He said, he was also a poor man, grew up in a slum. His hard work and patient brought him to where he is right now. Blessed by a good wife and two children, he is already contented.

Meanwhile, Lily was seen near the riverbank, her two feet were playing on the water while she staring at the crystal clear water. She saw the moon reflections like a mirror in the water. She smiled sadly, loneliness engulfed her but she shakes it off. Then she remembers their mission. They still have a long way to go.

That night, Mr. Brunner treated them with a lot of food and wine as a thankful gift. They partied all night to celebrates their first journey and the victory for their first battle together.
