"don't control your powers,"

The mutants flew to Cairo, where Charles was being held. Hank and Moira were at the front, flying the plane. Raven, Peter, Jean, Scott, Kurt and Natalie, sat in the back. Natalie was sitting in between Scott and Peter. Peter kept on blowing bubbles with his gum, which no one has any idea where he got it from.

"Were you scared?" Jean looked over to Raven. Raven looked at her. "That day in D.C, were you scared?"

"No." Raven looked at Natalie, who gave her a look. Raven took a breath. "But I was scared on my first mission. I was on a plane like this with my friends. About your age. We called ourselves the X-men." Natalie smiled lightly then looked down.

"Your brother was there," Natalie spoke to Scott. "We called him Havoc. He was a handful. But when he came down to it, he was very brave."

"What happened to the rest of the kids who went with you?" Kurt asked. "The X-men," Natalie looked at Raven, then Hank.

"Hank, Nat and I are the only ones left now," Raven sighed. "I couldn't save the rest of them. I told you I'm not a hero,"

"But you are to us," Jean spoke. "Seeing you that day on TV, changed my life." Natalie looked down.

"Mine too," Kurt added.

"Mine too," Peter smiled. "I mean, I still live in my mum's basement." He scoffed. "But uh, you know, everything else is uh. It's pretty much the same." We smiled. "I'm a total loser," They all chuckled.

"Natalie," Scott looked at her. Natalie looked up at him. "You and Raven are icons, I mean, like, you are a symbol of hope, and I know you and I never necessarily got along, but I hope things change for us."

"Yeah, Nat, what you said that day changed everything, how people see us mutants. And that wouldn't have happened without you." Jean looked at Natalie.

Natalie smiled, "Thank you," and grabbed Scott's hand and smiled at him and Jean.

The jet began to rapidly shake as they neared Egypt where Charles, Apocalypse and his followers were. "Seventh wonder, 12 o'clock," Hank said from the pilot's seat. Natalie got out of her seat at the same time as Raven as they hopped to the front to have a look at what was going on.

The buildings and everything around was being pulled out of the ground and floated into the air. The pyramids got ripped apart brick by brick except for a pyramid in the middle which was made from something else.

"He has the Professor in the centre of the pyramid. He's going to transfer his consciousness into the Professor. If he does that, he'll have the power to control every mind in the world." Jean spoke up.

They flew just past the pyramid and Natalie got a closer look at it. The pyramid was formed to look like scales, but made of stone. There was a smaller pyramid on the top made of gold. "What the hell is that?" Moira asked.

The mutants watched as someone ripped up everything on the Earths floor around him. "Erik," Natalie mumbled. Peter was by their side within a second, looking over Hank's shoulder.

"You guys help Night Crawler get into the pyramid," Raven looked at all the teenagers. "Get Charles."

"I'll take care of Erik," Raven said.

"How are we going to get through that?" Hank asked.

"I can get you in there," Peter told Raven. "I came here for him," Peter glanced at me. "Let me help you." Raven nodded at him, then looked at Natalie.

"I'll take care of them, don't you worry," Natalie looked at her.

"We're not leaving without you!" Kurt said.

"Don't worry. We'll catch up," Peter spoke.

"You two better," Natalie looked at Raven and Peter.

"Hold on," Hank warned.

The plane went down towards the ground and then landed. They all walked out of the plane with the kids scared out of their minds. "Hank, you go with Ivy and the kids. Moira will be waiting on the plane," Raven instructed.

"I haven't heard that name for a long time."

"Wait," Scott stopped.

They all turned around to him. "What?" Raven asked.

"Not all of us can fully control our powers," Scott looked down.

"Then don't," Raven shook her head. "You just have to embrace your powers," Natalie smiled lightly at him. "We all do." Raven's pale skin scaled over, leaving her in her natural blue patterned skin with the red slicked back hair.

Raven and Peter ran off in a flash. Hank and Natalie ran off with the kids as they made their way to the pyramid. They got as close as they could and saw an entrance. "There's an entrance. It's clear," Hank said.

Another presence alerted Natalie's attention and she looked up as Archangel made his presence known. "Kurt! Go!" Kurt teleported away. Angel threw bladed feathers and Natalie held her hands up and a frozen shield appeared, stopping the blades. The shield disappeared as he quickly turned around and went after Kurt.

"In the pyramid! Let's go!" Natalie called out and they all began to run towards the entrance when a fork of lightning struck the ground in front of us, Storm made her presence known. She held her hands up into the air and channelled all her energy into throwing a car at them. They all ducked, Hank caught the car. Scott took off his glasses and proceeded to shoot the red lasers out of them and towards Storm.

She got knocked into some debris. Hank then threw the car that he caught at her when Psylocke came out of nowhere and sliced the car in half with her purple energy sword. She told something to Storm, then she lifted herself up into the air and then struck lightning down on them. Natalie held her hands up and making vines wrap around her.

Then after some time, Natalie told the kids to make a run for it, then Storm caused lightning struck down on her, but Natalie quickly formed the ice barrier. Once she saw that all the children had ran away, she quickly ran into the room beside her.

Natalie looked outside the room and watched as Hank went up against Psylocke. Natalie decided to leave them to it. She ran towards where Scott was and saw him going up against Storm.

Just as she was about to strike down on Scott, Natalie held her hands out to and wrapped vines around a car and flung it towards her. Storm dodged. Natalie continuously threw several cars at her, she continued to dodge them. Scott took his glasses off and aimed it at Storm. They both clashed at the same time, Storm's lightning striking Scott's lasers.

(reminds me of harry potter a lil bit)

Kurt popped up behind Scott. "Scott, glasses on!" He instructed. Natalie held her hands up and blocked Storm's lightning just as Scott placed his glasses on and then teleported away. Kurt then appeared beside Natalie and then teleported her away and onto the jet.

Natalie saw Charles lying on the ground and quickly rushed over to him. He was bald and unconscious. He had a gash on the side of his face. Hank and Moira began to make the jet take off when there was a thud on the roof. "What the hell was that?" Moira asked.

Psylocke began to stab the roof of the jet. Natalie glanced at everyone and Jean caught her attention. She nodded. "Everyone, grab hold of Nightcrawler!" Jean said as Natalie instantly grabbed onto both Charles and Kurt.

"I've never done it with this many people," Kurt stared wide-eyed at them.

"Remember what Mystique said; embrace your powers. Your powers are a part of you. Just do it!" Natalie smiled at him.

Kurt grabbed onto Charles and Natalie and Hank and Moira grabbed onto his tail as Scott and Jean grabbed onto his arm. Just as a hole burst through the roof, Angel jumped in with his wings and all. Hank quickly aimed the jet down, causing Angel to fly to the back of the jet.

Kurt began to attempt to teleport the group. "Kurt, hurry!" Jean pressed. "Kurt!" Kurt screamed out and then teleported them into a nearby building.
