Izuku was lying on his back lifting dozens of heavy pieces of trash at once replaying the video over and over again in his mind he hvidwatched the video a thousand times and each time he realized another way he could have saved his best friend well Kacchan wasn't dead but it had been six months since he went into the comma with no sign of waking up he was at least gonna be out for another year and a half according to the doctors so Izuku made a decision he had an insanely powerful quirk and if he never used it becoming a chef like he wanted than he would be being selfish and despite his indifference towards heros he was easily seen as one kind good in a crisis and above all he loved helping people whether it be by giving them a good meal or saving someone from a mugging even if that didn't go quite right he couldn't sit on the sidelines so Izuku decided to be a hero just like Kacchan always wanted him to be.

"Hay who are you"? His eyes snapper open and he let the trash fall standing over him  with her hands on her hips was some orange haired chick with teal eyes with a fairly tomboyish vibe what with the rolled up overalls and work boots  "I'm Izuku Midoriya and its rude to ask for a name without giving one". "Oh uh sorry about that my names Itsuka Kendo you haven't seen anyone else here have you thin baggy eyes crazy blonde hair"? Izuku frowned "Give me a moment". With that he shot into the air applying pressure to his body from all sides to stay upright scanning the area he saw the guy Grand Toronto or whatever staring at the ocean he than let himself go reapplying the pressure a few meters from the ground "Yah he's over there". He gestured in the right direction the trash gaining a filmy green coating and making a clear path to Gran Tomato no thats not it either.

Watching Kendo walk away Izuku had a strange feeling he'd see her again. Shrugging he just turned back to the piles of garbage this time being dareing and picking up the truck as well as several metal beams.

Three months later

Izuku and Itsuka hsd both been training at Dogaboh beach Itsuka by cleaning it and Izuku by lifting any thing that was to heavy even for her big hands quirk speaking of quirks Izuku growth in power was incredible at first he could life one thousand pounds but now he was reaching ten thousand not only that but he was developing three techniques where he would wrap his green light around an object thus creating a far larger version of the object. Though this may not seem useful it was incredibly so because if he didn't hold an object with his quirk than he was just blasting out energy and wasting stamina though that may do more damage if he wrapped it around an object he he could reuse energy and thus deal significant damage while using only a small amount of energy. He had also developed a technique called sixth sense he would create a very thin fog of green light around himself being able to sense attacks coming from any side. And finally the third technique was quite simple he wrapped his arms in green light and then made it sharp.

Izuku and Itsuka often sparred together to increase there skills in various martial arts they raced and did dozens of other contests. After all you only try your hardest when you have a rival who can match you and though Itsuka hadn't nearly matched Izuku's overpowered quirk she had recently started to pack more and more weight behind each bow and run faster than before every now and then Izuku would either see blue sparks or vermillion light coming off her body.

One day Itsuka had decided to tell him about why she wanted to be a hero so badly while at first it was just a childhood dream it became nearly an obsession when she got her quirk and everyone started calling her freaky and a tomboy and how only recently when she saved her worst bully from a villain her legs moving before her mind did she start thinking her goal was possible especially when All Might told her that she had the marks of a great hero. She smiled when Izuku said he thought she rocked the tomboy look but he knew that wouldn't work so he told her his story basically the opposite of hers a great quirk everyone thinking he could be a hero him not wanting to be one and then finally him not being there to save his best friend how he realized it was selfish to have all this power and just sit back cooking great meals. The two hugged out there wows and where snuck up on by a sneaky Yagi Itsuka's personal trainer who still refused to tell Izuku what his real hero name was.

Another three months later

Ok its time U.A high greatest hero school ever "Just one step just one step just one step just one step". He kept muttering it over and over so of course you know he tripped on that one step first time he tripped in months that cannottbe a hood sign.

Hay its a bit short today I know but I started writing this at like 11:30 and its now 12 so damn 900+ plus words in under an hour thats pretty good also thats bed time peace
