I didn't sleep that night.

I tossed and turned in my bed till I had finally decided to do what was running on my mind.

It hadn't brought much success but i did try to sneak my powers into his room; to check his sleeping mind for something - Anything that can help me out in tying to figure out who this guy was .

Well, it didn't go well.

I flipped my bedsheets and crept to the door . I listened pressing my ears to the wood closing my eyes as i let my powers out .

I felt everything !

From the soft carpet under my bare feet , to the edges of the walls .From the texture of the paint on the corridor to the lock on his door . 

And I heard everything !

From the soft snore escaping his lips to his beating heart.
I willed myself into a wind .... Something lighter than  the wind itself.

I willed my self ... My powers  into a thought.

And slipped into his mind.

I looked from file to file , from memory to memory , from stack to stack  until ....

What are you doing ? 

Filled my mind .

Shit ! I turned to the open door of his mind which I slipped in only to find it closed.

Nothing . 

I glanced into his mind that very much resembled a library with thousands of ancient books stacked in every shelf.

The noise you were making didn't seem like you were doing nothing . 

His voice caressed my mind making me shiver.

In fact, you woke me up from an amazing dream .

I was so screwed ! 

You didn't put your shield up ?

It was a petty excuse but I had to say something .

I didn't think you were stupid enough to do what you just did . It's risky! Very risky to put your sanity out on the table just for a little bit of information .

I didn't get it .

What do you mean to put my Sanity out on the table ?

I mean if the person catches you reading his or her mind they'll use your own powers against you and drive you insane . Just like......

And I felt it . Sharp nails scrapped the walls on my mind . I cried out.
He chuckled and applied much force that had my knees wobble. My legs eventually gave out and I fell on my knees .

See? It's risky .

I got that . Now can you please let me go ?

I lifted myself from the ground.

Not yet. I have a punishment for you . I like to play a little with trespassers.

His hands ... Started travelling my body. My back straightened , my fingers curling into fists. Every muscle in my body tensed while my captive mind contemplated how to escape.

Why are you so tense ? Loosen up ... I don't bite .
His laugh reverberated , and I felt every wave of his laughter deep down in my bones

Without my conscious control my hands flew.

And collided - with his jaw.

Get your hands off me !

He blinked as if waking up from a daze .  He then smirked ,See you in the morning princess. 

Then everything went dark.

I tore my eyes open squinting as my eyes adjusted to the light. I tried to move through the bed sheets but something heavy was holding me in place.

Yawning; I sent my hands to pick it up only to find hands.

Masculine hands! Hugging my naked torso.

Panic surged through my whole body my eyes quickly shifting to find cream colored skin and pale brown hair.

I ricocheted out of bed and the impact of my movements sent the bed wriggling. Noah flipped one eye lid open and assessed my bare body while he was sill in my bed.

Suddenly both his eyes flew open and he makes a sound; jumping off my massive bed staring at me confusion written all over his face. "How ?" He breathed "How?"
"How?" He replayed over and over again.

Oh my ! what have we gotten ourselves into ?
