Vacation to Jersey!

"Lexi, c'mon we have to go to the Curtis house so we can say goodbye before a week in Jersey," I scream up to her.

"Whatever," she rolls her eyes as she walks down stairs.

"You are so trying to impress Dally," I laugh looking at her. She's wearing a red tank top, the leather jacket he gave her, red converse, and black skinny jeans.

"Whatever! You're trying to impress Sodapop," she claims.

I look down at my outfit, the bad bitch shirt Kendall got me, skinny jeans, and the leather jacket Dally got me, "no, I'm not."

"Can we just go?" She asks as she playfully rolls her eyes.

"Yes," I answer as we walk out of the house. The way to the Curtis house was filled with jokes and laughter. We walk into the loud house and I run into Soda's arms, "hey Soda!"

"Hey Dyl," he chuckles kissing my forehead.

"Well, we came here because we're going to Jersey for a week to see my sister's funeral and stuff. So yea," Lexi babbles.

"Goodbye my Pepsi-Cola," I smile as I go up on my tippy-toes to kiss him.

"Goodbye my Dyl-Pickle, have fun in Jersey," he smiles down at me pecking my cheek ever so gently.

I look over to Lexi who is making-out with Dally, "Lexi!"

She jumps only like ten feet in the air as she lands on the ground she looks over to Dally pecking him on the lips as she whispers, "I love you to the end of the earth and back Dally. Remember not to do anything you'll regret. I'll see in a week love. I'll call you everyday. I'm gonna miss you and goodbye."

She walked out of the house as soon as her mini-list was over. I laughed to myself before yelling, "goodbye people!" I walk out of the house then and back to mine grabbing my suit-case. I sit on the couch as I yell, "ready!"

"Ready," I'm greeted next by my mom as she yells. "You know Dyl, I haven't met yours or Alex's boyfriends yet?"

"Was that a hint?" I ask her trying to hold in my laughs.

"Yes, it was. When we get back from Jersey, I want them to come over for dinner. It's bad enough Rylee couldn't meet them," she sighs.

"Mom, don't think about that. We made it through without Kendall, we'll do the same with Rylee. She'd want us to be strong," I reply softly as I rub her back trying to comfort my sobbing mom.

"I lost my two youngest kids! You and Lexi are not to die before me. Okay?" She cries as she pulls me in for a tight hug,

"Okay," I smile. "I love you."

"I love you too baby girl," she smiles weakly through her tears.

"Ready!" Lexi yells as she plops down next to mom. As soon as she releases mom was crying she pulls her in for a long hug.

"I love you Lexi," my mom smiles.

"I love you too mama," Lexi smiles back.

"Ready!" The last person in my family yells, my dad.

"Let's go," I chuckle.

"Lex! Dylan!" Our cousins Sammie, Bethers, and Lizzie squeal as they run towards us.

"Sammie! Bethers! Lizzie!" Lexi and I squeal back running towards them too. As soon as the five of us greet each other the screams start.

"I've missed you two so much," Bethers laughs.

"So Bethers, how's things with Anthony?" I say Anthony's name in a dreamy tone.

"Good," she blushes.

"Sammie, any boys?" Lexi asks.

"Nah sorry Lex. You?" She asks moving her eyebrows a little.

"Yes, his name is Dallas Winston," she smirks.

"We need details!" Our cousins squeal.

"Well he's best friends with Dyl's boy, Sodapop. He's from New York-" she starts, but gets cut off.

"Dallas Winston! As in the Dallas Winston?" Lizzie asks as her mouth hits the floor.

"Yes, the one who went to-" once again she get cuts off.

"Jail at ten for gang violence. He's a sleaze ball, who hooks up with every girl he meets. Sorry Lex," Sammie yells over-dramatically.

"No, he's not. He seems like one, but he actually real nice," she smiles.

"Whatever you say," Lizzie says with doubt in her voice.

"Dyl, who's this Soda fella?" Bethers asks. "I never thought you'd ever get over Noah. We still talk to him everyday, he's dating some tramp that he claims to love, but we all know who her really loves. Her name is Dylan Rose Jueggers."

"I know right!" Sammie yells "He's always asking about you. It's always about you and whenever we bring up his girlfriend Lil', he just shrugs it off and asks more about you."

"No way! Well, she's so over him and her and Soda are in love," Lexi says happily.

"Spill," Lizzie commands.

All eyes go to me as I land in the spotlight, "well, we were best friends before we starting dating, our best friend is named Steve Randle. He calls me Dyl-pickle and I call him Pepsi-cola, it's our cute little thing. We do love each other very much, but we've been through some rough spots. The best part about him is, he's also my best friend and I can trust him with everything, without having to worry about him leaving me."

"Awe, that's so frickin' cute," Sammie coos.

"Why can't Anthony be like that?" Bethers asks obviously jealous.

"I love him already," Lizzie smiles hugging me as she whispers into my ear. "He's a keeper Dylan and we won't tell Noah."

**********

All day the five of us spend in Lizzie's room laughing, there's only one thing missing, Kendall. I know what you're thinking, what about Rylee, but she never wanted to join our group talks or giggles. She was always caught up in her own life too much.

"Dylan, the phone!" Aunt Rosie yells upstairs.

"Thanks," I smile as I grab the phone. (S-Sodapop D-Dylan)

D-Hello?

S- Hey Dyl! It's Sodapop.

D-Hey Pepsi-Cola

S-Hey Dyl-pickle

D-Hey.

Dally- I don't mean for that.

Dally- You'll get it one day.

D-Okay, bye Dally.

Dally- See ya kid.

********

"Jersey girls!" All five of us scream off the top of our lungs as we run down the streets of Jersey in all different directions.

"Jersey girls in da house!" I hear Lexi yelling.

"I love Jersey!" I laugh as I run into Lizzie.

"I love it too girl! When ya gonna come back home?" Lizzie asks.

"I don't know girl," I shrug.

"Jersey girls!" We both yell together.

It isn't to much longer until all five of us are together running all over the place yelling, "Jersey girls in da house!"

"Let's go get dinner," Lex suggests.

"Let's go Lex," Sammie smiles.

"I miss you two," Bethers whines.

"We miss you three too," I smile sadly. "The only thing is we're going home tomorrow. The funeral was yesterday we had two days before that and now today."

"You guys don't have to leave. Ya know?" Lizzie asks.

"We know, but we want to. We have boyfriends back home and our super hot friends. You guys should come to Tulsa one day, you'd love it. Jersey girls in Tulsa. We'd have a blast," Lex laughs smiling more than ever.

"I don't remember last time I saw you two this happy though," Sammie informs us. "Well, I do just not since Kendall."

"I know that was a terrible lost," I sigh.

"Yea the six Jersey girls. The summers down the shore. The surfing lessons. The tanning. Pizza from Romeo's," Bethers laughs.

"How 'bout that hot life guard from LBI?" Lex laughs.

"Save me," I burst out in laughter as I do what we used to do.

"We were pathetic," Sammie shakes her heads.

"We thought it would work," Bethers smiled. "Do you remember what Kendall did?"

"Watch and learn girls. Watch and learn," Kendall smiled as she walked off. She always had a killer body, long lean legs, hair just above her bubble butt, she was pure muscle, bright blue eyes, blood red lips, perfectly straight perfectly white teeth, huge boobs, and the flattest most toned stomach you'll ever see. She was wearing a white bikini that showed off her super model body.

We all watched as she swayed her hips ever so slightly as she walked over to the life guard, "do you need anything miss?"

"Actually yes. My friends and I normally just stay on the beach because Beth's mom just died in the water a few years back, but it's just so hot and we have nobody to watch over us. We were just wondering if maybe you'd want to....never mind," she sighs as she walks to walk off.

"No! What do you want me to do?" He yells after her.

She spins around on one heel, "well, I guess if you really want to. We were just wondering if you'd take us out just to make the six of us a little more comfortable."

"Yea, I'd love to," he smiled before turning around to the other life guard -not as hot-. "You cool if I go out with the girls and you watch over."

"Sure," he shrugs.

All six of us went into the water with the life guard. Soon enough we were all taking turns as we would fall into the water yelling, "save me!"

We went to the beach everyday after that just to see the life guard we were getting close to.

"I'm gonna miss you girls," I sigh sadly.

"We're gonna miss you too, but  we're only a plane ride away," Lizzie smiles trying to make me feel better.

"I know," Lex and I smile weakly.
