A/N Hey guys! Since Christmas is almost here I decided to add in that picture as a little present! Who else can't wait for it? My favorite part of Christmas is the dinner. I may not look it, but I eat as much and as unhealthy as a sumo wrestler. Yeah, seriously.
Episode 6: The Rise And Fall Of Our Dreams
The first one to speak up was, surprisingly, the fawn.
"W-Why are Dipper and G-Gideon here?" She asked nervously. The poor thing looked like she was going to bolt out of her seat at any second.
Shooting Star answered her, "They're here to help get rid of Bill. Don't worry, Gideon would never use his amulet to hurt you. He isn't Telepathy or Tent." She sent a glare at the two.
Gideon winced at the mention of his amulet hurting anyone. Why would the fawn think that? And, more importantly, how did she know about his amulet?
At Shooting Star's words, the fawn nodded. "Y-You're right. I'm just n-not used to outsiders."
Telepathy groaned loudly. "Let's just get these introductions over with so we can get this Meeting over with!"
The girl with the shooting star shirt snickered. Shooting Star rolled her eyes at the two.
"Alright, fine. Boys, meet Fear, Sadness, Anger, and their brothers, Scared, Sorrow, and Mad." She pointed to the fawn, boy with creepy eyes, girl with the attitude, merman, boy with the eyes again, and the boy with the red jacket in turn.
Gideon and Dipper looked at the boy that Shooting Star pointed at twice in confusion. Was he Sadness or Sorrow?
Doing a double-take, Shooting Star pointed at the sad boy again. "Sadness! Stop possesing Sorrow!"
Grumbling, the weird color left the boy's eyes as a demon came out of him. She looked to be about twenty years-old with the same brown eyes and brown hair as Mabel.
Her outfit consisted of an exorcist's snappy suit. She was also wearing a long top hat. But her physical features were what made them think of a demon.
Her ears were pointed as sharp as her shark teeth and on her lower back she sported bat wings which made her hover five feet off the ground. But her eyes were the same color as the boy's before she came out of him.
"I'm sorry, Shooting Star...." A sob erupted from her throat as she began crying. "I-I didn't mean to.... Sorrow made me.... I'm sorry...."
Shooting Star sighed. "It's fine, Sadness, just don't do it again."
"T-Thank you, Shooting Star." She stuttered as another round of tears came.
Sorrow stood up slowly and soon energy looked like it coursed through his veins. "It's okay, Sadness! Look, I'm all better now! C'mon, let's start the Meeting!"
They all sat on the wooden floor except for Telepathy and Tent, while Sadness just hovered above them all.
"Okay!" Shooting Star addressed them, "Now, how are we going to beat Bill? Do we have any fighters other than Al-" she caught herself, "-him? Any strategy we could use? Fear! You're the smartest. Do you have any ideas?"
Swallowing, she nodded. "I-I do. Since Dipper and Gideon a-are outsiders we can s-send them after him since they h-have power in the mindscape and us emotions can only o-order workers to help us."
Tent nodded in approval. "That's a good idea. Isn't that how it went for all of us when Bill entered the mind of someone we knew?"
Shooting Star shushed him. "Tent! What did I say? That information is to be kept private!"
He rolled his eyes. "I was just saying."
Anger got up abrubtly. "Alright! That's how we'll do it! Can I go now?"
Shooting Star tsked in disapproval. "No, no, no. They'll need your help since you and Mad control the memory section, which is where he'll most likely be."
Xyler and Craz high-fived each other. "Righteous, bro!" Xyler exclaimed. "I know, right!" Craz yelled.
Mad scoffed. "This is ridiculous! Stupid triangle! Why can't he just stay out of Mabel's brain and leave me alone?! Imma pound him when we find him!"
Anger snickered and cracked her knuckles. "You're right. We haven't beat him up in a long time and I miss it. Let's get him!"
Telepathy flipped Anger's ponytail over her face. "Calm down. The faster we end the Meeting the faster you can pummel Bill, so please let everyone else leave."
Scowling Anger rolled her eyes and pushed her pony tail out of her face. "Fine! Hurry up, you two." She said to the boys.
Jogging away, she led them to the memory section.
🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲
The memory section was, once again, just like the Mystery Shack. Although there were areas that didn't look familiar to Gideon, but, then again, he doesn't know that much about Mabel.
"Alright!" Anger spoke up over the sound of memories. "Split up! Look for anything that might be useful."
Walking away, Anger and Mad left the two intruders to go somewhere else.
Gideon started to examine the doors, trying to see which one would be useful. They read 'Fears', 'Secrets', 'Nightmares', 'Gideon'. He back tracked and looked at the door.
Sure enough, in blue loopy lettering it read Gideon. His hand was itching towards the doorknob, although he didn't know why. Looking around for anyone, he silently slipped into the room.
Although, it looked more like a hallway, albeit not a very big hallway. He guessed it was because they hadn't had nearly as many encounters as she would have with someone like Melody or Dipper, people she sees everyday.
Gideon hesitated at the first door. What would he see? Would he find out that his close friend never really thought of him as a friend? That she just wanted something from him?
Remembering their time spent together, he softly opened the door. In it was the the time they had first met.
When he, Dipper, and Mabel used the time tape to go to the past.
