A/N Hey guys! Okay, this chapter is gonna be exciting for me! I think. I haven't written it yet. The picture above was made by... Teheh? Toheh? Well, that person! Tada!

Episode 6: The Rise And Fall Of Our Dreams

Shooting Star hid her anxiety from the boys. Being near people from her past life was stressing her out, although she knew it would be dumb to mention that.

But not just that. The fact that she had to see her again made her want to puke. Although Shooting Star sees her everyday, she still didn't like seeing her on her free time.

That girl's wretched brother rattled Shooting Star's bones. He was the exact opposite of Mabel, of him.

Still, she walked on, leading the boys to what would probably be the shock of their lives. Telepathy and Tent would throw another person's life away as fast as they would throw a used tissue.

And she was afraid that they would influence the boys' views of Mabel.

"Shooting Star? Where is this?" A voice interrupted her thoughts. It was Gideon.

They had arrived a tall blue tent. A long pole that held it up had a multicolored star with an eye in the middle.

"Oh? O-Oh, yeah!" She stuttered, going back to reality. "Alright, boys, now I don't want you to be surprised if you meet terrible people in there, and whatever you do, don't be mad at Mabel."

Dipper and Gideon exchanged confused looks when Shooting Star smiled. "Considered you fairly warned!" She said cheerfully and pulled back the flap to the tent.

Inside were rows of white folding chairs in front of a familiar stage. Only one person was in the rows, a boy with brown hair and a blue aura, but they couldn't see his face.

Gideon immediately sensed something was off and... familiar. He fingered his amulet protectively, as if someone might take it. He noted how Shooting Star flinched when he did so and immediately stopped.

But the most impressive of them all was a girl with wavy brown hair and a blue and black magician's assistant's outfit. She had piercing blue eyes and an amulet that Gideon could've sworn he'd seen before.

She wore on her lips a sinister smile that chilled both Gideon and Dipper. They realized, with a start, that she looked almost exactly like Mabel and Shooting Star, right down to the silver braces.

Then music started playing and the sound of a little girl crying came on shortly afterwards. A velvety sound came out of the girl's mouth next.

"You seem to replace your brain with your heart. You take things so hard and you... fall apart. You try to explain but before you can start those crybaby tears come out of the dark."

She put her fists on her cheeks and moved them up and down as if she were wiping away tears.

"Someone's turning the handle to that faucet in your eyes. They're pouring out where everyone can see. Your heart's too big for your body. It's where your feelings hide. They're pouring out where everyone can see...." She sang.

The girl who looked like Mabel was mesmerizing them, as if she was coaxing them to sit and watch the show. Silently, the boys did, although Shooting Star watched on the sidelines with a look that could kill.

"They call you crybaby, crybaby, but you don't even care. Crybaby, crybaby, so you laugh through your tears. Crybaby, crybaby, 'cause you don't even care. Tears fall to the ground we'll just let them drown. We'll just let them drown. Crybaby, crybaby."

The sinister smile had never left the girl's face. An evil glint in her eye scared Gideon out of his trance. He had never seen such a look on Mabel, although she wasn't one to cause trouble in the first place, anyways.

"You're all on your own and you've lost all of your friends. You told yourself that it's not you, it's them. You're one of a kind and no one understands, but those crybaby tears keep coming back again!"

Gideon quickly shook Dipper. This wasn't enough so he looked over to Shooting Star for help. She simply just mouthed, Wait, and so he did.

"Someone's turning the handle to that faucet in your eyes. You pour it out where everyone can see.... Your heart's too big for your body, that's why you won't fit inside. You pour it out where everyone can see...."

Now that Gideon was back he decided to at least try to decipher what was going on. Since the girl seemed to be like Shooting Star, he guessed she was another emotion. Perhaps Mabel's perserverence?

"They call you crybaby, crybaby, but you don't even care. Crybaby, crybaby, so you laugh through your tears. Crybaby, crybaby, 'cause you don't even care. Tears fall to the ground we'll just let them drown.

"Crybaby, crybaby, we'll just let them drown. Crybaby, crybaby, we'll just let them drown.

"I look at you and I see myself, and I know you better than anyone else. And I have that same faucet in my eyes, so your tears are all mine!"

The Mabel look-alike started to move off the stage, towards her audience. Gideon fought the urge to run as Dipper just stared blankly at her.

"They call me crybaby, crybaby, but I don't even care. Crybaby, crybaby, I laugh through my tears. Crybaby, crybaby, 'cause I don't even care. Tears fall to the ground, I just let them drown."

Soon the girl wasn't that far from them, having already past the boy.

"Crybaby, crybaby, I just let them drown. Crybaby, crybaby, we'll just let them drown. Crybaby, crybaby, I just let them drown. Crybaby, crybaby, we'll just let them drown."

The music faded as she lifted Gideon's chin up to force him to look at her. He glared up at her defiantly, still not running although every muscle in his body screamed at him to run.

Her wicked smile grew soft as their eyes locked. "Long time no see, Gideon~!"

A/N Hey guys! The song she sang was called Crybaby by Melanie Martinez. Thumbs up for my song censoring prowess! If you don't like Melanie Martinez, good for you, please don't flame me. But, seriously, dudes. You have to admit that this song was perfect for her situation, although some might argue that Dollhouse would be better. Oh, well! I'm rambling!

Hint: Dude, it's 10:35 at night. What do you take me for, an extrovert? Yeah, that was random. Anyways, I'm tired, so good night.
