A/N: okay this is the first last chapter. I feel sad now. I really don't want to stop writing but I don't really got any ideas. Luckily the next chapter will be a dream come true in my book. Anyways, enjoy!

Everyone applauded as their pageant was still going. The ladies of the pageant were back in their beautiful dresses and were waiting for sheriff Blubs to come on the stage to announce the winner. They were so excited. Candy was feeling very nervous as she and Dipper were in the back of the girls. They weren't intending to make a bigger crowd.
Dipper looked over at Candy and saw she was nervous. Her eyes were filled with worry. Easy to see since she didn't have her glasses on at all. He placed his gentle hand on his shoulder and said "Hey don't be so nervous."
"But I am." She said. "I don't think the judges will think we did great after what monster I had become."
He used his other hand to reach into his pocket and had her glasses. "Well hey." He said getting her attention. He then slip her glasses on her and said "Win or lose today, what's worth is that you had loads of fun. And you'll always be a princess in my eyes."
She smiled with pink cheeks and was glad to see him clearly. Dipper had blushed himself and said "And so will Mabel, Grenda, maybe Stan-"
"I get what you mean." She winked to him.
In the crowd, Mabel and Grenda were close to exploding with excitement. "Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" Mabel squealed. "I'm so excited! I hope Candy won!"
"Of course she will!" Grenda said. "Her dancing was fabulous! I haven't seen her dance that good since the second grade talent show..... I think."
"Attention everyone!" Sheriff Blubs said as he got on stage with deputy Durland. "Tonight was certainly one amazing night!"
Everyone clapped agreeing it was. They certainly loved it. Even though they become stones.
"Woooo weeee!" Deputy Durland clapped.
"But tonight, this envelope I'm holding," he raised it for the audience to see. "is the result for the Gravity Falls princess. Tonight, there was certainly some good competitions. Is Pacifica still Gravity Falls's princess, or has someone beat her to the bone? Let's open the envelope and see what the judges have decided."
Pacifica looked back and saw Candy having a little bit of more fear in her. "Hey Fork Girl."
Candy and Dipper looked up at her. This was unusual once they're going to announce the winner.
Pacifica smiled at them and said "Good luck and break a leg."
Candy then smiled at her saying thank you. "I think I'll keep my leg." She joked. That was a little different than what she suspected. She thought she was gonna insult her.
Pacifica then smiled and looked back at the stage of the two police men.
"Now let's open up this party." Blubs said getting excited himself. He then started to open the envelope by tearing the very front off. Then he had the paper in his hands. "And the winner," he began to announce.
The tension was nuts. Everyone was staring, waiting for the winner's name to be pronounced to the world. Mabel and Grenda were biting their nails, Pacifica was holding his fists together, and Candy decided to hold Dipper's hand. Everyone was dying to know who it was.
".. of the Gravity Falls Beauty pageant.... is....." Sheriff Blubs and deputy Durland looked down at the paper to read the winner's name.
"Oh mother of me." Dipper whispered.
Candy only gulped.
Sheriff Blubs and Durland both gasped by what they read. "Oh sweet Sally!" Durland shouted.
The audience gasped, worried it was a bad sign.
"For the first time, Pacifica Northwest..." Sheriff Blubs couldn't believe it and hope he wasn't gonna get in trouble for announcing it. ".... didn't win."
Another gasped from the audience and it got a but louder when the girls of the pageant gasp. Everyone believe Pacifica was gonna stomp off stage and yell.
She was shock in the face. Suddenly she had a face of joy and laughed "Oh thank goodness. I was so praying I didn't win again."
Everyone was a but confused but decided to go along with it.
"The actual winner of the Gravity Falls beauty pageant," Durland said with a giant smile. "is miss Candy Chiu!"
Candy's heart stop and she stopped breathing the moment she heard her name. Everyone applauded for her success and cheered so loudly. She couldn't believe it. "I... I won?"
"Yeah! You won!" Dipper had a huge smile on his face, which made her smile as well.
She felt she was gonna squealed, but the first thing she had to do was to retrieve her crown. The girls moved away so she didn't have to go through the crowd in such a hard way. She walked to the stage and listen to the people cheering and clapping. She blushed, not feeling use to all this attention and finally found herself with sheriff Blubs and deputy Durland. The crown was different this time. Since the last one was a magical crazy object, Dipper took it so he could keep it secure. They got another one in case of an emergency. It was more silver and had a blue gem right in the middle. There were small white diamonds on it and it was beautiful.
Sheriff Bulbs grabbed the crown and smiled towards Candy as he looked down at her. He said "Congratulations miss Chiu,"and then place the crown on her head.
Deputy Durland gave her some red roses that sparkle with tear drops of fake rain and more applause was being given to her. Mabel and Grenda were certainly the loudest in the crowd.
"Go Candy! I so love beauty pageants!" Mabel cheered.
"Me too! I'm joining next year!" Grenda yelled.
Gerald Chiu looked up at the little girl he's known and smiled as he finally saw her happy for the first time. "That's my little girl." He said softly.
This day couldn't get any better.

Later that day....

"No no! I got it!" Stan shouts to Soos. "I am mustard!"
"No dude." Soos said. "It's dairy but it's not that."
Stan then growled with anger of how he wasn't doing well at this.
"Okay. My turn. Am I a bear?" Soos guessed.
"You already guessed that. No!"
"I must figure out what I am!"
By then, Wendy had unlock the front door and walked in with the children behind her. She looked very tired and not so very happy. She and the kids had found Stan and Soos in the living room playing the game still. "Dudes, what gives?" She said a little loud.
"Yeah. You guys were suppose to pick us up after the pageant." Mabel said.
"Oh yeah. How that went by the way?" Soos asked.
"Candy won the pageant!" Grenda cheered. "And she did fabulous the whole time!"
Candy blushed by her friend's pride and moved her crown a bit more up. She was still wearing it.
But neither did Soos and Stan looked back at the teens and kids. They continued on with their game. "No wait I got it! I'm bread!"
"No way that's possible dude. Yeah it goes with sandwiches but it's something else."
Everyone looked a bit confused. "Uh guys?" Dipper said hoping they'll listen. "Did you both hear anything we just said?"
"Yeah yeah dude." Soos said ignoring them. "I know what I am! I'm a manatour!"
"You wish." Stan said.
"You guys are still playing that game?" Wendy said. "Don't you both think it's getting a bit too old?"
"No way Wendy!" Soos said.
"And we are not giving up till we both guess what we are!" Stan said.
Mabel and Grenda looked up at the cards on their foreheads. The game may be fun but they're playing way too much. "You're cheese." Mabel pointed to her Grunkle.
"And you're Bigfoot." Grenda said.
They bother groaned and took off their cards to look at the answer. "That explains why I never got Bigfoot." Soos said as he put it down.
Then the two guys grabbed another care and continue to play. So far their plan didn't go well. "Guys you gotta stop playing." Mabel said.
"Am I a squirrel?" Stan said.
"Nope!" Soos said.
Wendy rolled her eyes and said "Oh forget it. They're not gonna listen."
Then kids left with the teenager heading to the kitchen while the two grown men continue to play their game. Their guesses were never ending.
But the kids had other plans. They decided to basically spend more times together before Candy's mom could come and pick her and Grenda up. They were eating some fun junk food together. Candy finally had the guts to tell her girlfriends why they were spending so much time together. The two girls were looking through Candy's scrapbook admiring what she had done when she was a kid. But they were also helping Candy put some photos of her at her age twelve pageant. They knew how to dazzle her scrapbook.
Mabel showed Grenda the photo of Candy and Dipper dancing through the talent and pointed to a spot in the scrapbook. "Let's put it here."
Grenda grabbed the glue and put it behind the photo. Then they sticked it onto the page.
"You know what else it needs?" Grenda says. "More stickers and glitter!"
"Yay!" Mabel then grabbed her stickyionary book and grabbed a glitter bottle. "We should definitely put heart around that photo." She winked at her making them both giggle.
Candy and Dipper, on the other hand, were packing up and putting away their things they used to practice. Wendy couldn't stay and went home. She was tired.
Candy was putting her pageant dress in her bag but took a glance at it. She couldn't believe it was her the whole time under that dress. How she wore makeup and looked so beautiful. She wasn't even sure if she was dreaming the whole time. But she thought of how it was all over and how they were packing up. She kinda felt sad. She believe she won't be spending more time with Dipper because of it.
Dipper turned his head noticed how sad she looked. "Hey, you okay?" He asked.
"I'm fine." She said putting the dress in the bag. "I guess I'm just a little disappointed."
"About what?"
She was feeling a bit embarrassed and hope it wouldn't make thing awkward. "Of how this is all over. I really enjoy spending time with you and now that's it's over, I might not."
Dipper kinda felt honor she wanted to spend more time with him. He smiled at her and said "Hey, we'll always spend time together. If you ever want to solve a mystery, I always have one person available. And I'll try my best to join y'all girly sleepover."
She smiled of how he was being real sweet. He did make a point. Even though they won't be doing the pageant anymore, they'll always hang out as friends and spend more time together. Besides, Mabel might just forced them if they don't.
"Just don't put makeup on me." He mention.
She giggled and nodded. "It's a deal."
"Hey Candy!" Mabel yelled from downstairs. Even her yelling was just as loud as Grenda. "Some dude is here to see you!"
"Probably my mother." She said.
"But why would Mabel call her a dude?" Dipper asked.
He did make a good point. "True."
She then headed downstairs with Dipper behind with the sacks. As they headed downstairs, Grenda offer to take the bags to the car since her mother is there. But so was someone else.
The two kids found Mabel at the doorstep. Once she turned around to face them, they saw the man they were facing. Candy gasped quietly as she saw him. She couldn't believe it. Dipper was a bit lost.
"Hello Candy." He said.
"How... did you-"
"I called him." Mabel said.
The two kids looked at her surprised and didn't understand. For that matter, how did she know this man?
"I like to see a family that's happy." She smiled.
He looked back down at Candy and said "May I speak with you outside for a moment?"
She wasn't very sure she wanted to. She really wasn't expecting this. But with Mabel, she felt she had no other choice. She nodded and followed him outside. Mabel closed the door behind them and faces her brother.
"Uh, who's that?" Dipper asked. He wasn't very comfortable with some strange man talking to her. "And who makes him think he has the right to talk to Candy alone?"
Mabel looked surprised at her brother. "That's her dad Dipper....
