Hello my dear readers!

Talking to you after a long time makes me feel emotional.

Thank you so much for your support for my books, especially this book, GRAVITY FALLS or popularly called GF.

On the eve of 11th November 2016, GF has completed its first year with a ton of achievements and a chest full of memories. I can't believe that my first year on Wattpad could teach me so much.

Last year, on 11th November 2015, I gathered up courage to start my dream project, my first novel that I wanted to dedicate to my bae, Science.

Believe me, when I started writing it, I had no plans, no experience, no knowledge, no understanding, no support but just a dream. Just some imagination of some ordinary eighth grader.

I was in eighth last year when I was studying 'Motion' in physics. I am a curious science student from beginning, always eager to know more and to find answers to my questions. (P.S. - If anyone here thinks he is a great science student, please PM me. I really need you to help me satisfy a little thirst for knowledge)

Now back to pavilion, story I mean, suddenly a thought came to my mind. Gravity? Is it really so necessary for life to sustain on Earth? If it is, then what will happen when there will be NO gravity? Will life survive? It has to be, but how?

As a reflex, my hand started scribbling down my thoughts. I asked my friend she was like, 'Are you an idiot? I'm not interested in these rubbish stories. Come to me if it's Romance.'

I was a bit discouraged and then my smile turned into a frown. But I hadn't gave up. A thought came to my mind and I asked her,
'hey dude! You've sent me an app called Wattpad where you have wrote a story? Is there any place for Science Fiction? May I try there?'

She made a cross with her fingers and replied, 'Don't you even think about that bl***y app! It's a rubbish. I wrote a story three months ago and I have got no votes. Anyways, you'll end up crying. Go. Try that.'

Her comment seemed a bit harsh to me and I was of opinion that I AM NOT LIKE HER. I am like no one. I'm ME. So I must also try and see where I stand. Then I smiled, turned and stuck a tongue at her and ran away laughing like a hysterical idiot. (I love to tease her. Don't ask me why.)

I came home and started writing my story in wattpad. When I had done writing first chapter, I couldn't control myself further and I hit the PUBLISH button. Then, I had no courage to see the response, if anyone would read it. (This thought scares every new writer here, accept it.)

Next day, I woke up and found around 6 votes, 25 reads and 7 comments. Don't ask me how I felt because I was in seventh heaven!!!! May be it was because I was reading on Wattpad since 20th October and in these days, I have got attention of some really encouraging writers. And this was exactly I got. I consider myself lucky to find those people when I was new here. They are REALLY REALLY encouraging. Because of such people, Wattpad is here. A big success.

So please, help the authors here. If you read, do vote at least if you don't want to comment. You little efforts can make someone's day and I really mean it.

Now, in the first week of December, I was reading a book called 'THE CONTROLLER' by SaadSohail_ and I felt jealous of the appreciation he had got. (Hey Saad! I'm just honest. :p and others, don't say anything, he is my friend. XD)

Now, even when my book was doing pretty well, I wanted more. Basic human nature :p. But I felt no good to compel people to read my books, so I focused more on making friends and I got plenty here. If anyone asked me to read his book, I agreed but simply asked him to read mine IF HE WANTED. (I'm not shy but I felt bad about my book getting UNWORTHY votes and attention. )

But, to my great Great FORTUNE, my book soon got its first 1k read and I was really encouraged to execute my thoughts. During this period, I wrote two more books. First, MERRY CHRISTMAS, just a book for @kitkat02's contest and Second, TILL THE LAST BREATH for ScienceFiction contest. And trust me, I won none. :p

BUT WHOEVER HAD READ MERRY CHRISTMAS, COMMENTED THAT IT IS THE BEST SHORT STORY THEY HAVE EVER READ. (Don't trust me. Go and read the comments on the last chapter of the book.)

After that, nothing special occurred as I was already flying with my new wings.

Now.....

HEY! I THINK I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN SO MUCH....sorry....if I bored you.

With many ups and downs, GF is now decorated with many achievements for which I heartily thank my readers.
