What does gratefulness mean?

We can look it up in a dictionary, search for it on google or simply ask someone what their interpretation of it is.

It still won't answer the question- not truly answer it.

To be grateful is to say thank you for things...but God! That's so frustrating and soul wrenching it makes me want to throw something- preferably what I'm saying "thank you" for.

I don't think saying fucking thank you determines if you're grateful for something. I think the fact that you know that what you have satisfies you and that you treat it or whom with the respect it deserves shows more than a thank you ever could.

Who ever thought it was a good idea to invent thank you as a way to show gratitude should have been smacked.

I'm grateful - there.
