I wake up before Danny, as usual and take a shower. I take longer than usual spending extra time on my hair. It has gotten very, very dry and needed some TLC.
But that would have to wait,I just don't want it to smell.

I finished and went back to the room to see Danny sitting up on the bed.

"Morning" I say in a sing song voice.

"Morning, what date is it?" He asks rubbing his eyes.

"How should I know" I say shrugging.

He sighs and leans back on the bed.
"Why?" I ask

"I was keeping track of the dates, but the paper got wet and know the numbers are all smudged."

"Oh"

"Anyways, I'm gonna shower" he looks at me "wanna join?" He says with a serious face.

I take the pillow and smack him with it.
"Gross!" I say and give him a push towards the bathroom door.

He starts laughing. imbecile..

But I love it when this imbecile laughs.

"Uhh I'm not sure I like this food" I say and scowl at my plate.
We're at a diner across from the motel.
I eat it anyway because it's what we can afford.

"Don't worry babe, when this is over I'm gonna be able to buy you anything you want." Danny says to me.

I smile. We're almost there, Sligoville I mean.
But, I have to keep in mind that I was just guessing that that's where she was.
I mean, she used our code word, but...what if?
You know what, no negative thoughts!

I continue eating then I remember something...
Danny wanted to know todays date.

I stop a passing waitress.
"Yes?"

"Can you please tell me todays date?"

"The 4th of November" she says and walks off.

Damn! It was November already? No wonder it was getting so cold. Ofcourse, there was no snow in this part of the country but it's getting colder.

Thank god for the little money we worked, I couldn't bear sleeping outside like we used to in this cold.

The money that Kyra and Jeff gave us was saved for emergency.

"it's November 4th" I turn to Danny and say.

He nods" it's my birthday, how strangely ironic"

What?

"it's your birthday?" I ask and he nods.

"Why are you so calm? Danny you're 19!"

"It's not that big of a deal" he shrugs "it's like every other day I just turn a different age"

"You're a year older, you should Celebrate!" I say happily.

He frowns and I start kissing him all over his face.
He looks around the resurant to see if anyone is looking.

I get up from my seat.

"Gravity what the fuck are you doing sit dow-"

"Okay everyone" I cut him off by saying. Some heads look up at me curiously. "So, today's my boyfriends birthday...."

"Fucking kill me...." I hear Danny mutter.

After trying to get everyone to sing happy birthday for Danny, only a few old ladys chipped in. That didn't make it any less embarrassing for him though.
They gave him a free slice of pie which he gave to me.

"So... where to now" I ask causing him to take out the map from his bag.
" Okay, so our next stop is Farmhill, then Portlando, then Sligoville."

I'm getting tingles just thinking of it...
We're soooo close. It seems so unreal.

"Okay, does it say on the map if there are any train stops?"

"I dont see any" he shakes his head " I think we'll have to take a bus"

Okay...
"Oh, Excuse me sir" I call to a passing man "Where's the closest bus stop"

He doesn't stop. How rude.

"Let's just walk until we find one" Danny suggest.
"it's a busy town, there has to be one, but we can't just sit around wasting time"

I nod in agreement.
As we walk, I see a cute little girl with curly hair and dark skin holding her mothers hand as they cross the street. She reminds me of Joy, I wonder how she's doing. She's probably in school by now.

We walk for about an 10 more minutes and then I see a bus stop. Finally!

There was one bus there, and it was empty,only the driver was in there.

"Are you going to Farmhill?" I asked.

"Passing through there"

We went in and took the two seats behind the driver.
People slowly started to fill the bus, and after a while, it was packed.
I looked to an older couple who didn't get a seat so they had to stand.
We got up and made then take our seats.

After an hour, we reached. We paid our fare and the bus drove off. Our next stop is Portlando, but according to the map, it's very far and we won't reach there before it gets dark.
We'll have to stay the night in this town, but it didn't bother me much, I might see my mother tomorrow. Wow, I don't even care if she's still wanted we'll figure something out.

"Let's find a motel" Danny says.
While walking, we passed a tattoo shop.

Danny looks at the sign "I've always wanted to get a tattoo"

"Really? You wanna get one now?"

"Nah, the money could be used for other things"

"Yeah, you're right"

"One day though" he says

"One day..."

"I mean, it would be kinda cool to get a tattoo on my birthday.."

"Danny you want it or not?"

"Oh Fuck it, Let's do it."

"Does it hurt?" I ask Danny

"Fuck yes"

I watch the artist work on his bicep/inner arm.
He was getting a small one, because it would cost less.

I'm only watching from a distance though, so I can't really tell what it is, he refuses to tell me what it is until it's done.

You know what's suprising? They didn't ask for any identification or anything. They only wanted to make sure we have money to pay.

3 hours.
That's how long it took.

He got two, one on his bicep and one on his forearm. But they were covered in some sort of waxy paper so I couldn't see. The artist said he could remove it tomorrow.

"You're still not gonna tell me what they are?"

"Nope, just wait and see"

We managed to get a pretty decent motel room.
I dropped my bags on the floor and looked around, there was a bed, a T.V, and a small sofa. not bad.

I can't beleive I'm gonna see my mommy soon. I can't contain my excitement!

Danny chuckles when he sees my happy state.

"So, how does it feel to be 19?"

He shrugs " normal?"

I clear my throat ad begin. "Happy Birthday to youuuu"

"Oh no" he says and kisses me to shut me up.

I kiss him back.
His hands start to trail under my shirt and I break the kiss to look at him.

"Sorry-"

"I didn't say anything" I say to him.

"So you want me to continue?"

I nod. Why am I so shy all of a sudden.

"I don't want you to feel like you have to because of my birthday..."

"What? No ,no I.. I want to"

"Are you sure?"

I nod.

"Words, Grav."

"Yes"

He kisses me again.
"Jump" he says and I do so for him to catch me with his hands under my thighs. I wrap my legs around his waist and he carrys me over to the bed.

He lays me on my back and proceeds to take off his shirt. Once he does, I reach out trail my fingers down his lean chest.

He dips his head and kisses my neck. I'm suprised when a foreign sound escapes my lips.

He then proceeds to lift the hem of my blouse, and I instinctively put my hand over his to stop him.

"What's wrong? We don't have to do this if you don't want to-"

"I want to, it's just.... I don't know if it's what you expected.."  why do I feel so insecure? I'm usually not, but he's gonna be the first man to see me like this...it's a little..... frightening.

"Hey, look at me" he says.

I look at the ceiling.

"Look at me Gravity" his commanding tone caused me to look.

"You're beautiful... all of you. Do you believe that?"

I nodded but I could tell he wasn't convinced.

"Don't worry, when I'm done, you will beleive it"

My eyes widen at the thought.
He continued to pull my blouse up, and I let him.
I had on a sports top instead of an actual bra, so it was easy for him to pull off.

Soon, I was bare from the waist up.

He started trailing small kisses along my jawline, down to my neck. He stopped at my chest, paying extra attention there.
Then he continues down my waist, stopping at the waistband of my skirt.

He stands and starts undressing himself again.
He unbuckles his belt, and pulls down his pants, all while looking me in the eye.

Shiver me timbers-

He loops his thunbs through the waistband of his boxers, the bulge in them clearly visible.

In one swift motion, he pulls it down and his dick springs free.

This is the first time I've ever seen one in real life.

"Sure?" I nod again.

My hands grip the sheets, not in pleasure, but pain. I peek up at Danny and he's looking down at me with a face of remorse.

Once he's all the way in, he pauses his movements.

"C-can I move now?" He asks.

Why does he sound like he's in pain?

"Yeah" I say and he starts to move.
After a while, he starts to move a bit faster and the pain slowly subsides.

And by the third time that night, there was little pain,and I was a moaning mess under him.

And above him.

I wake up before Danny, no suprise there..
Only to find his strong arms wrapped around me from behind.
Images of lastnight come rushing into my mind.

I try to wigggle out of Danny grasp and I'm suprised when he lets out a soft moan.

"Danny!"
One of his eyes open.

"Yeah?"

"I wanna get up"

"No." He says

"Danny!" I whine

"Okay" he chuckles and lets go of me, purposely trailing his hands over my chest as he does so.

I get up and wince at the slight burning sensation between my thighs.

Danny notices the grimace on my face and gets up to help me.

"You're not gonna ask me if I'm ok?"

"You're obviously not, so I'm trying to help" he says.

He takes me to the bathroom and we shower together, him doing most of it, cleaning everywhere of me.

"Oh my god I couldn't tell when last I ate a burger" I say while taking another bite.

"Yeah, I-" Danny stops talking and I look up to see where his eyes are. And then I see it. His eyes are focused on the T.V at the front of the restaurant.

Where a picture of my mother is being displayed.

I move closer,
"Can you turn that up?" I ask the person behind the counter and he does.
I listen to the voice on the T.V and my world comes crashing down.

"The search for prison escapee Vanessa Jones ended today when she was found dead at an abandoned cabin in the hills of Sligoville"
