Was his mind dark, or was it just his creativity? Was his life this rough, or was it just imaginary? Were these emotions real, or simply just words scrawled onto a page?

When Ross turns up dead with no explanation, all Max is left with is a notebook Ross held dear. No one had ever been allowed to read it before, as Ross was very protective of the words within. Now with him dead, would it give him the right to read into his best friend's mind? Does he have a right to search for answers amongst Ross's only secrets? And how many of the words can be taken as truth? Ross was growing very delusional leading up to the last day he was seen alive. So who's to say anything could be trusted anymore?
