Travis looked shocked for a minute, but then smiled in greeting, "What brings you boys here?"

"Ahhhhh," Oliver drawled, "my favourite uncle!"

"I'm your only uncle."

"Exactly!"

Breece stood silently, the journal feeling like a brick in his pants, a very uncomfortable burden.

"Uncle Travis, I was wondering if I could borrow some coins for something."

Travis eyed Oliver suspiciously, "And what, may I ask, are you planning on buying?"

" Ahhh well... you know, stuff."

"Oh... I see."
Coughing uncomfortably, Travis fished some coins out of his pocket and handed it to Oliver.
"I assume that's all you boys need."

They couldn't help their cheeks reddening as they left, Breece with his hands resting suspiciously on his behind.

As soon as they were a few blocks down Breece turned around and cursed at Oliver.

"Bloody hell! Go shove a book down the back of my pants why don't ya! You could of put it in your pants, it's got sharp edges you know!"

"I panicked! But hey, we got the journal and some coins to spend on stuff for the trip!"

Breece began to reach into his pants to remove the blocky object, but Oliver stopped him. After receiving a glare, Oliver rolled his eyes and said, "Keep it in your pants, Breece. We don't want anyone else laying there eyes on what's now ours." He moved away from Breece and began strolling in the direction of the river, "Now c'mon, Davis is waiting for us at our shack. Ava and Linda will be along soon too. I gave them some errands to run."

About two hundred meters from the last building of the city, they entered the shack. Davis sprung up from where he had been sitting on a chair.
"Did you get it?" Davis asked excitedly.

Oliver just smirked while Breece, grumbling, shoved his hand down his pants and removed the journal.

"There she is!" Davis stated proudly, slapping Breece on the back.
Breece dropped the book on the table and turned around, just as Ava and Linda walked through the door carrying multiple bags.
