Gray's POV:

"I need some time to think about this..." I said and stood up quickly. Natsu was blushing, and I could only assume I was too. Awkwardly, I went to hug him. I wrapped my arms around him loosely. After holding him for a few seconds too long, I let go and dropped my arms. "B- bye.." I said.

"...Bye..."

I turned and left Natsu's house. I felt my chest tighten when I did. I clenched my fist against it, and felt a hard thumping. My heart is beating so hard.

"Stop it, Gray," I said out loud to myself. "There's no way in Hell you still like him. You have a lovely girlfriend, a lovely life -- you can't live in the past... Even if he finally likes me back, I can't just throw away everything for him." I saw a few weirded-out gazes from people walking past on the streets. I forced myself to stop talking, lowered my head, and walked faster. I got home as quickly as I could, and walked inside. "Juvia, I'm home," I said, kicking off my shoes.

"Oh, Juvia is so happy you're back, she has great news!" Juvia smiled and jumped over to me, "Juvia is pregnant!"
