Warmth

The final battle between the dark guild, Frozen Bite; which was located and hidden in a deep winter forest, and the elemental couple; Natsu and Gray, had finally managed to be dealt with.

Fortunately, the unison raid that was Lighting Flame Dragon Roar and Ice Devil's Rage was able to stop the only member left standing; the dark guild master.

However, it was unfortunately too powerful for their current surroundings'. Only for it to have everyone immediately blasted away from each other.

The last thing the two saw was the dark guild master being blasted away knocked out, and each other being as well being blasted into two separate direction's.

The last thing they'd heard was their scream's of each other's name's, and tear's falling from their eyes, before they two were knocked out into unconsciousness.

(Present)

That leads us to now.

The sound of the harsh howling wind through the windy landscape was the only thing that was heard for miles.

A lone and disoriented figure with spiky hair, laid half buried underneath the freezing snow, and was surrounded by large, dead tress.

That spiky haired person was none other than Natsu, who was curried up in a tight, shaky, semi-protective ball on his left side; shivering harshly from the coldness; which he worriedly wasn't suppose to.

But yet, he does. He does, and it feels like his whole world's freezing up. His fire magic that was suppose to be supporting him and warming him up, had failed miserably from the exhaustion of magic depletion, and he couldn't help but tremor harder.

He couldn't believe this. This wasn't suppose to be happening; it isn't possible. He cold? That's like saying the sun with never show itself. Never. His fire was supposed to be warming him up, no matter what degrees is around him.

He's the Fire Dragon Slayer for crying out loud! Anything relating to coldness shouldn't be bothering him!, and yet, it does. This shouldn't be happening. It's not possible!

Unbeknownst to him, his breathing started to increase; he started hyperventilating. He felt his chest tighten as he desperately tried to breath. He couldn't more. He was stuck in his position. Slowly, the numbness was seeping into his bone's, only increasing by the minute's.

Half of his body was slowly turning a pinkish color, already. His breath becoming more shallowly, as he tried to obtain more oxygen into his great aching and burning lung's.

His bright green eyes, were slowly dulling and closing. He could feel as the numbness was slowly overtaking his body, only to suddenly feel large and warm hand's shake him. Harshly and frantically, too.

They slowly turned him onto his back, only to see his one and only raven haired boyfriend, Gray. 'When did he get here?' He distantly thought. He couldn't tell. He didn't hear him. He didn't even smell him.

His lover looked just as equally banged up as he was; from the never ending fight's and the harsh blast, but not as close to death then him; he assumed, surely.

A river of tears was dripping down the ravens face. The raven's mouth moved frantically, as if he was saying something, or shouting something, but no word's came out.

He really couldn't tell; he couldn't hear. And he couldn't move. And soon enough, he couldn't see anymore. Darkness had instantly wrapped him into a world of nothing but coldness.

(Previously)

Across the windy, wintery, and very snowy forest, laid upon a familiar raven haired male. Whom WAS unfortunate to indeed be buried underneath a mountain of snow.

When only then his consciousness stirred, he realized that he was buried underneath his somewhat familiar element.

Without any minute to lose, he blasted the snow away that was surrounding him, and he sat up, breathing heavily. Slowly his breathing settled, and he got up.

Confusion overtook him. "What the hell happened?," He asked himself. He looked around his surroundings, only to find miles and miles of snow. He was the only person that was around.

He twisted around his surrounding's, and saw what looked like a familiar place; he couldn't point out what was familiar, though; many yards away from him.

He didn't hesitate to run in the only direction, where he could find out where exactly he was.

When he got to his destination, after a LONG run. He pantingly, stumbled across a destroyed guild hall. Only then, did his memories from earlier on had returned.

The mission. The battle's. The guild master. The blast. Screaming. Tears. Natsu. Oh god, Natsu! Where is he?!

"Natsu! Natsu?! Hey, Natsu! Can you hear me? Natsu!" He shouted worriedly, frantically running around the building to find his missing lover, ignoring the way he'd ran through unconscious mages and the guild master, along the way.

"Natsu!" He managed to only then and gracefully find him; after only running a few yards away from the abandon building; he wasn't as far away as he was, he mused distantly.

When he finally got to the rosette's side, he streaked to an immediate halt, and swallowed a harsh sob. Before him was Natau, who laid on his left side; the side in which Gray wasn't unfortunately facing. His back was turned towards him. His imagination of the other ran wilded.

The negative thought's had made him immediately drop towards his side. He didn't hesitate to shake the other; who laid before him motionless.

"Na-Natsu? Na-Natsu?!" A harsh sob overtook him, as the tears fell down his face. Why wasn't he answering?! It wasn't... It's wasn't because he was... No. No! He couldn't! Not him! Not his Natsu! Not his Flamebrain! NO!

With a boost of courage, he turned the other into his black, only to start crying harder. No... Natsu's... His... Part of his left side was turning a pinkish color: mild frostbite.

Thankfully, it wasn't an inky black. Severe frostbite would've been much more alarming; then they both currently were already in, he mused.

He suddenly, only then noticed the others shallow breathing and the way the once bright green eyes, were slowly dulling.

He couldn't take it anymore, and had started sobbing harder as he thought he was about to lose his lover and his best friend before his very own eyes.

"Natsu! Y-You gotta live, all right?! Na-Natsu! B... Babe!," He hiccuped a harsh sob.

When he looked back down, he saw the others eyes were closed. "Na-Natsu?! NATSU?! NATSU!" A harsh and broken wail escaped him.

He cradled the younger boy into his, irony, warmer ones. He hugged onto him harder, protectively.

He felt his magic swirl around him and he pictured a doom of ice surrounding them; as if shielding them from the harsh wind and snow. And instantly, it was just the two of them, shielded by the harsh wind and heavy snow; by the danger.

He pressed his back onto the icy wall. Natsu buried into his warm and protective arms. His loud wailing was the only sound for what seemed like eternity, as it also echoed across the doom. After what felt like forever, his wailing decreased; but the tears stood.

He suddenly buried his face into the others cold neck. Tears leaking down his neck. Missing the intense warmth that once gave off of it.

It was just then, when he felt a familiar spike of it. It startled him to unbury himself from the neck. Then slowly, very slowly, warmth came back. He's alive! Oh god, Natsu's still alive!, he mused, overjoyed!

Immediately, he knew what he had to do. It felt wrong without Natsu's permission and decision on the matter but that didn't matter as long as he lives.

And so, without any hesitation, whatsoever; he stripped the two of them down to their birthday suit's, with his "stripping ability", and held onto the younger male closer.

He desperately tried not to think about how their lower body parts were... Ahem... "Touching"; (more like rubbing, especially when Natsu unconsciously kept snuggling and rubbing himself deeper into Gray's warmth, all the while, humping their member's on one another, but then again, it ain't like they haven't done it before); and more into the heat that was radiating off of him and into Natsu's own cold one.

It wasn't before long, did Natsu's body heat returned, fully. However, he still unconsciously humped into Gray's member, harder.

And as for Gray, well, he desperately tried to hold back the moans, he really did. He didn't want to disturb the younger males needed rest; even with their actions, so he kept quiet. Or at least, he tried to; as the best as he could; with only pants escaping him.

After, what felt like a super long and wonderful; for him; time, they both came together. Covering their chests with thick whiteness.
.
Natsu, still "unconscious", or so Gray thought, snuggled deeper into Gray's chest, with a mix of a happy hum and a low .moan. His once again, tan face was buried against the taller males neck.

"I love you, Gray." He whispery, slurred. Before instantly falling back to sleep in his lovers arms. Missing his name being called out.

"Natsu?" Gray asked/said surprised at the sudden confession. He didn't know the other was awake during their activity, but when he didn't answered back, he found out that the other was already asleep, again.

And he also saw how the pink blisters that was once on Natsu, disappeared as he used his own fire magic to burn them off. His tan skin, once again, was perfectly spotless, (besides his scars, of course).

"I love you, too. So very, very much, Natsu." He confessed back. Happy to finally have his Fire Dragon, back. He snuggled into the warm neck.

And they then both feel asleep in their warm arms and their protective doom; in which blocks out the freezing breeze, and it surprisingly radiates their shared body heat; so they'll be constantly warm throughout the night.

Fin~!
