What had felt like an eternity; which in reality was only a few hours, his wailing's had finally slowed down to silent tears, sniffles, and hiccups.
Suddenly, with his emotional stress straining his body and from the trauma, he unexpectedly pasted out.
When his consciousness finally stirred; mid-sunset; he awoke to find himself laying on his bed, with his arms wrapped around the pinkette's shoulder's.

It took him a full minute for him to remember the horrible and terrifying event that had occurred the previous night.

"Natsu..." He whispered brokenly, unbeknownst to the silent tears, all the while, lost in deep misery. He unconsciously clutched onto the motionless body, tightly.
Or, so he thought.

"Hmm..." A small, almost silent, moan came besides him. Instantly, he was brought back to reality, only to come up short when he came face to face with frighten green eyes. He sucked in a breath, sharply, heart beating fast in his chest; almost beating a mile an hour.

"N-Natsu...?" He stuttered; almost believing this wasn't an illusion, but neither the less, still feeling doubt. No way. This... This couldn't be real. He's... He's dead. Or.... Was he?

"Gr-Gra-Gray..." A frighten whimper escaped him, he backed up a bit, only to immediately freeze up when he felt the other tackle him into a tight hug.

"G-Gray?!" He shouted, terrified and alarmed; frighten that the other will do something, while possibly still drunk. Yes, he knew he was drunk, so he didn't really blame him. He suddenly felt hard tremors run throughout the others body and a large damp on his chest; indicating he was crying, and harshly too.

"I... I-I thought you was D-DEAD!... I thought, I-I k-killed y-you!... Natsu!!! I'm... I'm so sorry... I'm so sorry! Please... Please, forgive me! I-I don't know what got o-over me! I-I love you! I love y-you, too much!" He ranted on and suddenly confessed.

"You... You what?" He laid frozen, expression changing into the frighten one and into shock and stun; from the unexpected confession. The raven looked up from his position, tears still falling down, and leaned up and into dark surprised and shocked green eyes.

"I... I love you...." He said sincerity, with the up most heartwarming and gentlest, yet guiltiest smile the rosette has ever seen on the raven's face.

"You... You do?" He whispery questioned, blushing bright like a flame, all the while, slightly doubtful but mostly hopeful.

"Yes, yes I do. Why else would've I've done this? Even if I WAS drunk." He said gently and yet guiltily.

"It's... It's okay. I forgive you. I knew you were drunk; you wouldn't have done this on purpose; you wouldn't have ever done this! So I... I forgive you. And I... I... I love you, too."

"You... You do?" He asked astonished, blushing greatly.

"Yeah, for a while now. I'm sorry; if only I told you before, then none of this would have happened." He looked away in self-blame.

"Don't! Don't you dare blame yourself over this! This was my fault! All of it!" He shouted in distraught.

"It... It wasn't, really. You was drunk, how the hell were you supposed to know you were doing it? How about we both forget this ever happen, okay?" He said, a bit doubtful and hopeful.

"Yeah, that would be for the best. But... You... You do love me, right?" He asked hesitantly.

"Of course I do! That definitely won't change... I love you, Gray."

"I love you, too, Natsu." With that, they both leaned into a deep passionate kiss.
