A drabble, I guess? Honestly this was just something stuck on my head for a while now and I just wanted to finish it. Oh! And before I go, I just wanted to say that to those two people who are waiting for your story, don't worry, I'm still writing them. I just have writersblock, and then this popped out! ANYWAYS, enough with my ranting! On wards! __________________________

Natsu's POV~

"Don't leave me...." I cried out in his shoulder.

"I won't, I promise...." He replied, holding me in his arms.

"I don't want to be alone, anymore..." I confessed.

"It's okay, you won't be.... I promise."

You promised. But I guess promises are meant to be broken.... Eventually.

"Gray?" I looked at his face.

"......" He looked down ashamed and miserable.

"Why'd you leave me?" I whispered to him.

"......" He didn't look up.

"Was it all... just a joke?" Not even when he heard me choke on my tears did he look up.

"......."

"You promised, you wouldn't." I looked down at my ring finger, where a ring once were.

"Natsu-" He finally looked up once he saw where my eyes locked on.

"-Why?" I cut him off. "Were you just messing with my feelings?... Did you just felt pity for me?... Gray?..."

"Natsu, I-" I didn't let him finish.

"Goodbye, Gray."

And with that I fell.

"NATSUUUUUUUUUUU!!!"

And I knew no more.

"-tsu.... up.... Nat.... wake..... Please.... NATSU WAKE UP!!!"

I woke up startled, coughing up water, gasping for fresh air. I looked up with hazy eyes to see a shadowily figure, I immediately recognized them as Gray, whom was hovering over me soaked in water, with tears dripping down his face, a look of concern and worry shown across his distress face, but instantly change into relief once he knew I was awake.

"Gr-Gray?... Wha?..."

"Don't...." He rasps out.

"Huh?"

"Don't.... DON'T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! YOU HEAR ME! NOT TO ME! PLEASE! YOU FLAME-BRAIN MORON! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!?!" He finished of his rant. By the end, he was sobbing on my shoulder, holding me tightly in his arms, still on the ground.

'I'm confused, wasn't he the one who left me?' I thought.

"... Gray?..."

"Don't... Don't leave me... Please... I'm sorry... I won't leave you alone, ever again!... I'm so sorry!... I'm so sorry!... Please, forgive me!..." He kept rambling on, holding me more tightly in his shaky arms. I didn't know what to do. I laid numb in his arms, thinking over everything that had happened.

'He left me. And now he wants me back? What? Make up your mind! You perverted popsicle!' I mused. I sighed softly, as I looked down to see he had calmed down... enough, as he was still in tears.

"I... I forgive you. I-I won't leave you... As long as you promise me this time you won't EVER leave me alone. I... I don't know what'll happen if you do. But please don't." I couldn't hold back anymore. I ended it with tears following down my face. He looked down at me with red ridden, yet loving, caring, guilty eyes.

"I promise. I won't EVER leave you again! I'd rather die, then lose you twice." He sealed his promise with a soft, passionate kiss. One which I return just as equally. We eventually had to let go for air.

"I won't leave you ever again. I promise you." He laid his forehead down on mine, staring down at my onyx eyes with desire and love.

"I love you, so much." He whispered and smiled at me lovingly. Before I could reply back, he abruptly grabbed my ring finger and pressed a white ring back to its refill place. I gasped at the cold chill that went down my spine. Our ring's are unique you see. Our ring's are created from our opposite element's, with a little help from the other's, we've manage to not get it destroy from our respectful magic. So no matter what, we'll always have each other besides us. I looked up at him lovingly, after admiring my Ice ring.

"I love you, too. So, so very much." A lone tear escaped me, one that was quickly wiped away. The hand had stayed on my left cheek, which I snugged into.

"Stay?" I whispered to him.

"Always and forever." He replied back before giving me a loving kiss.
