(Normal POV)

"How... HOW COULD YOU!?" He screamed in betrayal and in tears.

"It's... It's not what you think! This... This is just-" The man stumbled with his words, finding an obvious excuse.

"NO! I... I thought... I thought you loved me! I guess, I was wrong..." He whispered in misery and heartbreak.

"Na-Natsu!... Please!... Lets... Lets just talk this through!" The man pleaded, desperately.

"NO! Just... Just stay away from me. You, you... YOU CHEATER!" He screamed in outrage.

"N-Natsu! P-Please! I'm so s-sorry!" The man apologized in tears.

"Apologizing won't change anything! Now leave me alone! I... I HATE YOU!... I hope you're happy with your new lover, you jackass-betraying-bastard!" He yelled at him in a cold fury.

"Nat-" He was cut off.

"Don't talk to me ever again!... Don't even get near me!... If you EVER come to my guild, I'll. BURN. YOU. ALIVE!" He threaten venomously, and with that, he stormed off in tears, leaving behind a crispy-burnt ex-boyfriend and his guilty-looking partner.

.......FT.......

(At Natsu's Home *alone*)

"That.... THAT JACKASS-BETRAYING-JERK! How?.... How could he!?.... After everything we've been through!... And he goes and throws that all away! Like it was all nothing!!! Just.... Just to be with him!.... I.... I HATE HIM!!!" He yelled furious.

"I.... I just wanna know why though? Why would he do such a thing? Didn't.... Didn't he love me?... Wasn't I good enough?... Did I do something wrong for him to leave?" He cried in misery.

"I know... I know, I'm inexperienced and new to dating and all, but still.... To go and do that?!... And without hesitating too?!... I.... I thought he was better then that!.... All those precious kisses', all those "I love you"s, all those "I wanna be with you"s and "only you"s, yeah right!" He laughed brokenly, all the while crying in deep anguish.

"Maybe he left me, cause I was being a burden to him. Maybe he was embarrassed being with me. He... He probably just didn't want to be seen with me anymore.... I... I have been called an idiot, before. Maybe, I am.... I... I was just too stupid enough to just figure it out now." He finished off his rambling, only to start crying harder and curling up into a tight ball; hugging his knees close to his chest, and laying on the bed.

*One Week Later*

(Gray's POV)

Flamebrain.

I haven't seen him in over a week, now. And it's honestly have me worried. It's not like him to not be at the guild for far too long, unless of course if he's on a mission or obviously injured, but that still hadn't stopped him, before!

What's really strange is that no one even seems to have notice. The rest of the team are all out in a two week's long mission; Natsu and I couldn't go with them, since it was an all 'Girl's' mission, (yet Happy had gone; cats were strangely excepted.) Strange, but whatever.

So I just laid back and relaxed in the guild hall, while Natsu left to go out with his boyfriend.

Yep, you heard me! Boyfriend!

At first, it obviously had shocked and surprised everyone that he was dating, and that he openly and bluntly opened up that he was gay; being shocked and surprised was an understatement, but what actually surprised everyone more, no, scratch that; it actually bewildered and basically freaked everyone out that the Flamebrain even knew what dating was. But regardless, we all still accepted him neither the less, but just now someone who actually knows what love is.

Anyways, he's been gone for a week and I haven't seen him ever since. And it's suddenly getting on my nerves. It's not like I care about that stupid Flamebrain or anything.... Who am I'm kidding? Fine! I'M FREAKING OUT! Stupid Flamebrain hasn't been to the guild all week and he said he'll only be gone for a few days, not a WHOLE GODDAMN WEEK!
WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO SEEMS TO BE WORRIED!? Like geez, seriously, what great friends we got. If something were to have happened to him, (which I highly doubt, considering he can take care of himself, and he's super strong, but still!), no one would've notice.

"That's it! I'm gonna go check on that idiotic pyro." I mumbled to myself, annoyed and worried, before stomping out of the guild and approaching that Baka Flamebrain.

(Normal POV)

*BANG! BANG! BANG!*

"FLAMEBRAIN! OPEN THIS GODDAMN DOOR!"

'Ughhh... What the hell?! Why the hell is that Ice Princess doing here?'

*BANG!BANG!BANG!*

"YO! FIRE BREATH!"

'Just leave me alone!'

*BANG!BANG!BANG*

"NATSU! OPEN UP!"

*SLAM*

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU FREAKING WANT, YOU STUPID ANNOYING ICE PRINCESS!?!?"

A sudden gasp was heard.

Then silence.

Standing before Gray was Natsu, but not as he used to be. No. Now he looked like a complete reck!
His hair, as if it was even possible, looked even more ruined.

His pajama's hanged off him, indicating he had lost a few weight's the past week; on one shoulder, the normal but now slight oversize dark blue t-shirt hanged off, showing off some skin and neck, and his oversize grey shorts also hanged off, showing off some red underwear and his deep V-line, making the raven blush and hold the urge to not bounds him, (which didn't get noticed, thankfully for him! Oh! And did he forget to mention that he's in love with Natsu? No? Well he did now. And it wasn't like he could've said anything before, considering the rosette was dating someone at the time.)

His eyes; were shockingly puffily red-rimmed and had dried tear marks, and black bags underneath his face.

His skin had lost its usual tan color, and was instead a bit little pale color.
Across his face; his child-like cheek's now looked swollen up, and even his normally and innocent vibrant olive eyes, now seemed dull.

"Na-Natsu? Wha... What the hell happened to you!?" He shouted in concern and worry for the usual vibrant pink haired younger boy, who now seemed very miserable at the moment. He usually wouldn't show his affection's towards the younger boy, but this was an expectation, and vice versa. He was just so used to seeing the younger boy so cheerful and positive, and to suddenly see him all so gloomy and depress; so negative was so heartbreaking and worrying.

"Huh?... Oh... Um, ugh, nothing... Just... Just leave me alone, you damn Stripper." He said surprisingly solemnly and gloomy. He was about to close the door, when the raven slammed the door open with his body, not letting the stubborn boy get it his way.

"No way! You've been alone for far enough. And you hate being alone! I haven't seen you in the guild for a whole week! What the hell happened?! Whether I like to admit it or not, but I'm worried about you, you stupid Flamebrain! This is the first time you haven't been to the guild, and without being on a mission or injured. And I can obviously see for myself that you're neither. Is.... Is everything alright?" He suddenly asked.

Natsu looked like he was about to retort, but then he saw the genuine concern and the sudden care in those dark blue eyes that were staring down at him. Which kinda confused him a bit. He had never seen the older male look so honestly and openly concern for him. It felt strangely... Comforting and nice?

Natsu thought it over, and he thought it was better to continue this conversation, indoors. "Let's... Continue this inside, okay?" He suddenly said, startling Gray slightly.

"Um... O-okay." He said bemused. The two went inside and to Gray's astonishment, it was strangely and nicely clean and organized, he decided to not say anything cockily to the younger so he wouldn't feel more depressed then he already is.

When they finally got to the coach, they sat facing each other. The rosette looked a bit nervous and uncomfortable, all of a sudden. He felt like he was being interrogated.

Finally, Gray decided to break the tense silence that had spread throughout the house. "So.... Are you gonna tell me what's going on? Or not?... You don't have to, if you don't feel comfortable with it, of course." Natsu thought it over, and decided that he might as well tell Gray, he could maybe help with his... Situation. He didn't know why Gray wanted to know so badly, it's just all so unexpected and all so sudden.

"Before I start. I wanna know why exactly do you suddenly care about my wellbeing?" He questioned, he was honestly curious, and secretively glad that Gray had actually cared for his wellbeing.

"Well isn't it obvious? I'm worried about you, you Flaming Idiot. You're never negative. You're never like this. You've always so positive and so cheerful, know matter what obstacle's in your way; you always have a bright and sweet smile on your face. So for you to suddenly behave so negatively, something wrong must've happened. And I just wanna know what, so I can help. Yeah, we're rivals, and we fight a lot, but we're still friend's, and friend's help each other, right?" Natsu blushed and was starring at awe at the raven's fast observation and his admitting.

"R-right.... But why do you wanna he-help me so suddenly? You never had before. Wh-what changed?" Natsu stuttered, looking down, bashfully.

Suddenly, without any warning, Gray abruptly but gently, grabbed his chin in his sleek long, cold finger's. "Gr-Gray?" The rosette stuttered, blushing madly and nervously, completely unlike him. Gray starred deeply into the younger's nervous amber eye's with a solemn and hard look. He leaned closer, so close that their forehead's pressed onto each other, making the rosette's blush intensify, and if the raven would speak at any given moment, his hot breath would hit his warm lips. And he did just that.

"Listen here Natsu, it's true we bicker and fight a lot, but I do care about you... I've always have... And at the moment, I just wanna see that smile; the one that brighten's up like the sun, not that sad and gloomy look; not the dull one which loses it's flame... It's not like you... That's not like you... And it's just not in my character to ask, but if I wanna help, then I'm gonna help. And at the moment, I wanna know what's bothering you." He confessed, blushing a little, unlike his best friend. Letting go of the younger boy's chin, he leaned back. Once again, the Salamander starred up in awe, bashfully, and nervously at the raventte.

"If... If you wanna know so bad... Then, I guess, I can tell you... I don't really have anyone else to tell this to, since the other's on a mission... It's... It's a personal matter, really." He said, suddenly looking miserable just from thinking about it.

"Hey! Hey! You don't have to say anything, if you don't want to! I told you that, already! I just wanna help, that's all." Gray said reassuringly.

"No, no, it's fine. It's just... You see, my... My boyfriend... He... He-" Natsu stopped midway, shaking in his seat slightly, and looking about ready to burst into tears.

"Natsu?.... Natsu! What did he do!?" Gray said frantically, alarmed and worried for his crush. 'If that damn bastard did anything to him, I'm going to freeze him to death!' He thought furiously. But first he needed to know what happened, so he can help.

"He... He... That jerk!... He... He... He ch-cheated on me!!! I-I... I saw him and his "best friend" on the be-bed, ma-making out!!!... They... They... They were both na-naked, too!!!... Gray!!!" He wailed, tears falling down on his swollen face, fast.

He instantly felt strong and unexpectedly warm arm's wrap around his shoulder's. And as if by instincts, he immediately snuggled into the warm embrace, all the while, sobbing onto the Ice mage's warm neck, and clutching onto the Raven's front shirt; that was surprisingly still on.

Meanwhile the raven was rubbing circle's around the shorter boy's back, soothingly, and with his other hand, he ran his fingers throughout the sakura hair, gently and smoothly.

After what have seemed like hours for the two; Natsu finally settled down to only small tears, hiccups and sniffles. Though, neither of them had let go of each other. Gray really wanted to go after the bastard's ass now and freeze the betraying, cheater to hell; so he'll know what it feel's like to mess with his crush and best friend, but for now, he really needed to comfort the rosette in his tight arm's.

"Shhh, Natsu... Everything's going to be okay...That jerk doesn't deserve you... You deserve so much more and so much better... What that bastard did to you, is unforgivable! He's going to pay for what he did!" He growled dangerously, extremely pissed off, and tighten the younger boy in his arm's.

"You're incredible and an amazing person, Natsu... A kind, loving, goofy, brave, caring, loyal, and someone who needs so much love.... You've been through so much; going through all that must've been hard, but if you want... You... You should let someone else take your pain away and show you a better and brighter future." Gray said kindly. Natsu looked up from his previous position on the raven's neck, and into dark blue loving and caring eye's.

"G-Gray...?" He said timidly and shyly. Tear's still falling down his face, but now it was accompanied with a bright crimson blush.

"Natsu, I... I love you. I have for a while now. I... I was going to confess to you, but then you started dating him... I guess, I was just too late... But now... I... I know I'm being selfish, and you just went through a horrible breakup, but would yo-" He was suddenly cut off, something warm and gentle were pressing against his cold lip's. His mind went blank for a full minute, before it processed what was happening.

Natsu was kissing him.

When his mind cleared up and the shock had finally faded away, and had processed this, he didn't hesitate to kiss back. With a loud husky moan, Natsu let Gray devour his lips and inner mouth; he happily let Gray dominate him and do as he pleases. After a very long passionate kiss, the two finally pulled apart.

Both were huffing and puffing for air; trying to catch their breathes. Meanwhile, Natsu wiped away his teary eye's, a warm smile suddenly appeared onto his previous-heartbreaking face.

"Thank you, Gray." Natsu then spoke softly and gently, the warm smile still attached onto his now blushing, cheekily and cheerfully face.

"Thank you, for loving me... I... I love you, too. Even if I'm a complete mess and it seemed like no one else seemed to have cared." With that, he suddenly snuggled closer into the older's neck; burring his face into the unexpected warmness. All the while, startling the raven, slightly, and send chills down his spine, from the sudden action.

"You're not a mess, Natsu. You're just going through a bad break up, that's all. It's natural to feel like this when you're just got your heart broken. And speaking about the bastard, how do you feel like getting some revenge, huh?" He smirked evilly and mischievously.

"Hmmm... I don't know, Gray. I DID leave them both crispy-burned when I found them together." He thought for a moment, leaning back, not a second later an evil mischievous smirk appeared on his face, as well: as if he would've miss the chance on burning someone, especially someone who hurt him, greatly.

"Let's do it! I'm all fired up!" He shouted excited, hands literally lit on fire. Eager to burn the bastard, again.

"That's the sprit!" Gray cheered on, also excited to avenge the bastard.

"But for the moment, lets just stay like this." He then pulled the smaller boy into his lap, leaning back onto the couch, and have the rosette lean into his chest. Natsu didn't mind, not one bit; instead he snuggled even closer, loving the affection, care and comfort his other half was offering him.

"Okay... Feels nice... Love you, Gray." He whispery said, instantly falling asleep on the others chest; exhausted from the emotional ride, earlier that day.

"I love you, too, Natsu." He looked down into the sakura haired boy and saw a peaceful, smiling face. He didn't waste a minute to brush his fingers into the spiky yet soft and smooth hair. He pulled the other closer, before instantly falling asleep, too.
