The apps you are going to need are Photoshop Mix and you can use pretty much any text app (I personally use Over)

So this is just the regular text I started with (you get the best results for the bevel if you have a gradient text)
After I do that I duplicate the text and make it just a plain white.

Then you move the text over so that the original text shows a bit like a shadow. Now we go to photoshop mix.

First I open the original text image. Then I open the new one and layer over the old one.

After that I press blend, a bunch of different options come up so play around and see what gives your text that bevel look, for mine I pressed overlay

When layering them with overlay it can make the over all image darker so after you layer them I recommend putting on a filter. Final Product:
