Photo: The blood and the overall darkness sends a creepy vibe and definitely works for a horror story (hopefully what you were aiming for) However, after staring at this for a while, the blood starts looking not-so realistic. 

Coloring: Your colors put together are brilliant- I can't think of anything to change for this part. 

Font: I think the font you use for the title is perfectly fine, but the "written by alexandria" font isn't as visible and takes a while to read it.

Model: Though you can't see most of the model, I think the girl you used is pretty good despite how simple the cover is. 

Other: None.

Photos: I think the background works wonderfully. the clock blends perfectly into the background. However maybe you can add more to the background!

Coloring: The coloring definitely represents autumn, so well done here!

Font:I see nothing wrong with the font you used for the title, but maybe you can change the one you used for the author to make it more readable

Model: The model used fits the cover perfectly here! 

Other: I like the orange branch a lot, definitely something that makes the cover pop.
