Made for: Round Three of the Graphics Competition held by GraphicSociety

Whooo I took so long to make this and I'm finally done! Originally started out with this:

And used like three more pictures of the same model to get the dress right. Then I added a cloak and changed what was in her hand and after messing with some textures, we got here:

And then I attempted to make it a gif! The gif is what I entered for the competition  ^^
