Hey guys! Here's a tutorial on how to create blurred text.

1. Open up PicsArt and open your graphic.

2. Go to Effects and click on Blur

3. Click on Motion Blur

5. Click on the eraser at the top. Then erase where you don't want to be blurred. Save and then you're done!
