Apps: Superimpose, Phonto

i. So open up your background which i will provide at the end of the tutorial.

ii. Next add your first picture put the setting on darken for both pictures in the cover and erase the white line in the middle of the circle with the brush tool. I chose Emma Watson for my picture but you can do whatever you desire :)

iii. After mergeing your last picture. Next add your second picture.
And then erase green on the white line.

iiii. Next your gonna add this to make a shiny affect which I will also provide the picture for at the end. So after you merged your last picture and once you have imported foreground you will put the picture on screen and zoom in and turn the opacity down.

iiiii. Lastly open phonto and use your picture and type your desired title.
For mine I'm just using Emma Watson's name but do what you want!
