This is simple and quick. If you want a glowing effect on your text then listen up.

Go on phonto (this is the app I use), click your text and then click style. Once on style you'll be on colour. So, go to the top and click style which is next to colour.

When you're on there that's where the magic happens.

As you can see there's six 'Aa' on there. Go to the last one of them six and click it. That's how you get the glowing effect and you can change the colour.
