I got tired of Pixlr, so I did some good old research and found that while Pixlr is one of the preferable programs for most people, it always came in second place to GIMP. GIMP was number one on 89% of the sites I visited, and the other 11% was it came in like 5th but it was the first free program. I actually am starting to like GIMP a lot more. It's a lot more like photoshop than Pixlr is (I feel) and also a lot more confusing (like I said, a lot more like photoshop).

My best strategy for attacking a new program is to do a ton of tutorials for it. Even if you never have to use those tutorials again, it teaches you the basics of what's where and how to use it.

Of course, as tradition for Defenestration at this point, I'm gonna dump all the trashy stuff I made from tutorials into here. Sound good? Okay cool.

I couldn't figure out how to save it as .jpeg file, but once again Google is a great friend in these sorts of cases.

(Holy cow those two ended up being small. But the quality got better when I saved, not worse. An improvement from Pixlr.)

That's all I've got for now. These were the tutorials that interested me the most. I'm excited to play around with this new program more later on though!
