if you have any interest in photography you probably heard of Brandon Woelfel.

here are some of his photographs by him. you can find him on Instagram , FB, or his website!

as you can see, he uses lots of blues and some pinks. he also likes to use lights lik fairy lights and have lots of bokeh. proffesionals usually use Lightroom CC and Photoshop but for mobile you will need PicsArt (or whatever you use for editing / blending) and you can have Lightroom for phones and polaar if you like, but this is not mandatory.

I played around a bit here were the results

tutorial:

1) play around with Lightroom until there are less shadows and the image is more blue

2) get your resources
search things like 'prism bokeh' and 'light bokeh' and try to get something bluish and pinkish

some blue / pink pad colorings can help too! I used vibrantlysassy's PAD colorings from her deviantart → @sweetishlove

3) add the 'light bokeh' images
blend the images on 'screen' and erase the hard edges. you can make the light bokeh picture cover most or all of you image but erase anything in the face because your focus here is the model. also, tone down the opacity if needed

4) filter
use Picsart's effects filter dodger.
you can do this one or twice throughout the editing process

5) add the 'prism bokeh' image(s)
again, blend on screen and do the same thing as you did with the other bokeh images. for these, you might wanna put on the side or one corner of the photo.

6) use polaar for a better coloring
not necessary but if you want a stinger teal/blue look, polaar has nice coloring effects

ta da ~

also, on the other edited photo (↧↧), I added a pink pad coloring on her face, blended it on multiply , tined down the opacity and erased where it needed to be erased!
