- MUST be manipulated. This means you must make changes to the original image; change the background, combine images to make juxtaposition or a collage, retouching, etc. Basically, text slapping is not allowed.

- Only one vote per person is allowed

- You may vote as soon as you wish, but I suggest waiting until closer to the deadline as there will be more entries

- Voting will end 24 hours after the contest is closed (September 17th at 11:59PM)
