The alarm buzzed, Manvi opened her eyes and turned it off immediately. There was something different about this morning. She thought about last night conversation, was it a dream. She looked at the person lying beside her. He moved a bit, she stood up and thought "yeh sapna toh nahi hai?"

She brushed off her thoughts and moved out of the room. She came to her own room and freshened up. She got ready and then moved to kitchen.

She began to prepare the tea and breakfast. She turned and was shocked seeing Vineet. "Sirji aap" she said.

"Manvi dekho kal raat jo bhi maine kaha wo sab sach tha tumhara sapna nahi hai. Aur haan, tum mera naam le sakti ho. " he said.

She nodded positively with a smile "Aap dining table pe jaiye main laati hun nashta"

He said "juice mat bhulna, aksar bhool jaati ho"

"Bhool gayi toh saza denge aap?" she asked.

He glared at her "haan.. Dunga na" he said with a smile and left the kitchen.

A smile covered her lips, just then Ruhana entered inside and asked "kya baat hai aaj toh subah subah muskuraya jaa raha hai?"

Manvi replied "Aapki wajah se"

Ruhana was confused "meri wajah se?"

"Haan Ruhanaji aapki wajah se, agar aap yahan aake Sirji ko sab realise nahi karwati toh yeh nahi ho paata na" Manvi said.

Ruhana smiled and said "dekho jaise Vineet mera dost hai waise hi tum bhi ho toh mujhe ye karna hi tha yeh sab ab zyada formal mat bano."

She nodded "lekin fir bhi Ruhanaji aapne agar mujhe samjhaya nahi hota toh main wo sab nahi keh paati thank you"

"Yeh thank you chodo!" Ruhana said and they hugged each other.

"Toh ab mera kaam khatam main chali" she said.

Manvi separated from the hug "itni jaldi?"

"Jaldi kahan ek mahine ho gaya hai mujhe waha mujhe kaam bhi dekhna hai jab bulaogi, milne aa jaungi" Ruhana said with a smile.

"Thik hai abhi aap jayie main nashta laati hun" Manvi said.

"Are main madad karti hun na" she said. They lifted the food and moved out of the kitchen.

Gautami was already present there along with Vineet. They kept the plate on the table, Ruhana settled on the chair.

"Tum bhi baith jao" Vineet said to Manvi.

Gautami smiled hearing this, it seemed everything was set between them. Manvi sat down and ate the breakfast.

Ruhana said "Well, Aunty jis kaam ke liye aapne mujhe bulaya tha wo ab ho gaya hai I should go back now"

Gautami nodded "aur bin bulaye aa jaaya karo tum tumhara hi ghar hai yeh"

"Ofcourse Aunty! Ek mahine bahut maza aaya mujhe" Ruhana said.

Later, Ruhana was packing her stuff. Vineet entered inside the room. Ruhana smiled seeing him and asked "kuch kehna hai Mr. Singhaniya? "

"Thank you for making me realise main kitni badi galti kar raha hai itne saalo se" he said.

"Chalo tumne thank you aur sorry kehna toh seekh liya. Kaafi hai mere liye. " Ruhana said winking at him.

He smiled lightly , Ruhana said "Aur suno ab dubara apna yeh rudeness ghar pe mat laana warna main firse tapak padungi tumhari akal thikane lagane. Aur fir manvi ko apne sath le jaungi."  she said.

Manvi knocked on the door...

"kahan jana hai? " she asked while entering in.

"Main vineet se keh rahi hai agar dobara isne kuch kiya toh main tumhe apne sath le jaungi." ruhana said.

"Nahi hoga Ruhana. dobara ye galti nahi dohraunga main I promise" vineet said.

"That is better for you. Lekin manvi, Ye koi bhi gadbad kare na toh mujhe batana. Ye raha mera number. " she said while giving her a card.

"kabhi bhi call kar sakti ho tum. Han apne pati se kehna mujhse appointment leke baat kare. Faltu time nahi hai mere paas. " she said.

Manvi looks at her... "aap kyun unke jaise baat kar rahi ho? Waise ab wo aisa nahi karenge." she said while looking at him.

Ruhana shakes her head... "Chalo maan liya. And Mr. Singhaniya, mind the words you said. " she said.

He nodded,and held Manvi's hand...

"i promise, ab kuch galat nahi hoga,na main karunga, na hone dunga. " he said.

Manvi smiled and so did Ruhana. She kept her hand on theirs...

"I wish tum dono yunhi khush raho. Ab mujhe nikalna chahiye,varna derr ho jayegi. " she said, hugged them and left the place taking blessings from Gautami.

Manvi came to the room and was surprised as her things were missing. She opened the wardrobe, her clothes were also not present there. She said "mera saman kaha gaya?"

She came out and saw Gautami "maa wo mera saman room mein nhi hai? Kaha gaya?" she asked.

"Jahan hona chahiye tha wahi hai. Vineet ke room mein shift karwa diya hai maine" she said with a smile.

She smiled, Vineet came while talking on phone "main kal aake dekhta hun just manage for a day!" he said and ended the call. He noticed Gautami looking at him.

"Kya dekh rahi ho maa?" he asked.

"Kuch nahi ab lag raha hai ki iss ghar mein insan bhi rehte hai" Gautami said.

"Ab toh insaan hi rahenge iss ghar mein Maa, mujhe pata hai maine bahut galti ki hai lekin ab nahi karunga" he said.

Gautami smiled and said "mujhe pata hai tum jo kehte ho wo karte dikhate ho, ab mujhe Manvi ki bhi chinta karne ki zaroorat nahi hai"

She smiled lightly. Gautami looked at her and asked "tum chup kyun khadi ho? Kuch kaho ab yeh tumhe daantne wala thodi hai"

"Kya kahun main maa zingadi mein kabhi iss pal ki kalpana nahi ki thi maine ek baat kahun agar har insaan aapke jaisa ho toh duniya mein kisi ladki ko itni takleef nahi hogi" she said.

"Bas ab purani baatein bhool jao aur aajse nayi shuruwat karo thik hai na?" Gautami asked.

She nodded in yes, "ab main aaram se jaa sakti hun" Gautami said with a smile.

Manvi asked "kahan jaana hai aapko?"

"Mere bhai ke ghar kabse kah raha hai aati nahi ho kuch din wahi rahungi Vineet tickets book karde mere" Gautami said with a smile playing on her lips.

Vineet agreed, Manvi said "lekin maa aapki medicines khana ke diet?"

"Offo! Ab tum meri caretaker nahi ho samjhi na kuch din mujhe chod do main sambhal sakti hun ratta hua hai tumhara timetable mujhe" she said.

"Fir bhi ek kaam karti hun main bhi aapke saath chalti hun" Manvi said.

Vineet looked at her and shook his head "haan maa le hi jao isko warna yahan rehke bhi dhyan tumpar hi rahega iska" he taunted and left from there.

Gautami said "Manvi main ab ek dum fit hoon samjhi tum, tum yahi raho main chali jaungi"

Manvi said adamantly "main aaungi na aapke saath please"

Gautami sighed and nodded "thik hai"

Inside the room at night, Vineet was checking some papers. Manvi said "aapki coffee"

"Rakhdo table pe" he said a bit angrily.

"Aap kyun gussa hai?" she asked.

"Jaise tumhe maloom hi nahi" he said.

"Nahi mujhe nahi pata sach mein" she said innocently.

"Toh fir soh jao subah Maa ke saath jaana hai tumhe" strecting the last words.

She lay down to the other side with a smile on her lips. He looked at her, she closed her eyes hiding her smile.

He sighed "soh bhi gayi!" he closed the file and turned off the lights and murmured "maa ke saath jaana hai isko chaubes ghante toh rehti hai unke saath"

The next morning, he woke up and looked at his side. The bed was empty, he looked at the time it was 8 am. He stood up and moved out. He looked around but could only find servants around.

He asked "Maria Maa aur Manvi gaye kya?"

"Jee Sirji aadha ghanta pehle hi nikle" she replied.

He sighed, he moved back to the room and got ready to leave for office.

Around 9 am he arrived at office and moved straight to his cabin. He sat on the chair and began working. Just then there was a knock at the door, he said "Sneha don't disturb"

"Sirji aap bina nashta kiye aa gaye kyun?" the voice asked. He looked up and was shocked to see her.

"Tum toh maa ke saath jaane wali thi na?" he asked in anger.

"Nahi toh main toh unhe airport chodne ki baat kar rahi thi kal" Manvi replied.

He glared at her and asked "oh really? Yeh baat kal nahi bata sakti thi tum mujhe"

"Sirji aapne yeh kab pucha mujhse ki main airport jaa rahi hun ya unke saath Kanpur?" she asked.

"Matlab ki tum kahi nahi jaane wali thi jaan bujh ke kaha ki jaogi" he asked.

She nodded in yes and replied "dekhna tha aap kaise react karte ho Sirji"

"Ek toh yeh Sirji kehna band karo kaun patni apne pati ko Sirji kehti hai?" he asked.

Manvi smiled lightly and said "toh kya kahun?"

"Naam le sakti ho tum mera" he said.

"Naam lungi toh aap mujhse naraz nhi honge?" she asked.

"Haan nahi honga" he said.

"Vi.." she paused. "Rehendo tumse nahi hoga" he said angrily.

"Suniye na meri baat" she said. He ignored her and began working.

Sneha entered inside and said "Sir yeh hai report aap check kar lijiye"

"Yea Sneha" he said.

Manvi gets upset, she said "Sirji.."

But he ignored, Sneha said "Sir mam aapko bula rahi hai"

Vineet looked at her and said "yeh kisi Sirji ko bula rahi hai main toh iska pati hoon"

Sneha moved out smiling, Manvi sighed and took a deep breath "Aap bilkul nhi sunte hai meri Vineet Ji" she said.

He glanced at her, she kept the tiffin on the table "ab toh maine aapka naam bhi le liya ab narazgi chodiye aur breakfast kar lijiye Vineetji"

He eyed her and said "oh really? Ji toh mere clients lagate hai mere naam ke aage tum meri client thodi ho"

"Dheere dheere ji bhi hatadungi abhi please aap narazgi chodiye aur nashta kar lijiye" she said.

"Mujhe bhook nahi hai tum ghar jao kaam hai bahut" he replied.

Manvi gets upset and left the office. Vineet smiled "ab toh saza milegi mujhe satane ki tumhe"
