Vineet's room

He was sitting on bed half lay down and doing some work on his phone.

Manvi gets inside, she said with nervousness visible on her face "khana ready hai, aap aake kha lijiye"

He rolled his eyeballs towards her and said in anger "kitni baar kaha hai tumse mere room mein andar aane se pehle knock kar liya karo"

Manvi said "wo aap busy they to.. main"

He said rudely "so what? Anyways mujhe abhi kaam hai main baad mein kha lunga.."

Manvi nodded, Vineet still found her standing there, he asked her "ab kya hai?"

"Maa na kaha aapko leke aau.. To.." she paused when he got up from bed. He moved towards her, held her hand and pulled her out of the room and then closed the door on her face.

Manvi sighed and moved towards the dining table. Gautami was already there, she asked "kya hua? Kya kaha usne?"

"Unhone kaha wo baad mein kha lenge, aap khana khayie fir aapko medicine bhi to leni hai" Manvi smiled and served her the food.

"Nahi mujhe nhi khana hai" Gautami denied.

"Maa aap khana nhi khayengi to fir aapka beta mujhe daant lagayega aur aap to janti hai unka gussa" she looked at her and said.

Gautami looked at her and smiled "Tum na hamesha uska darr dikhake mujhe zabardasti khilati ho itna sab"

Manvi said "kya karoon? Aap khayegi nhi to sehat kaise sahi rahegi aapki"

Gautami ate the food, after she was done Manvi took her into the bedroom. She gave her medicine and said "ab aap so jayie"

Gautami thought about Vineet and said "Manvi tum pehle usko khana deke aao kaam mein wo bhool jayega"

"Aap so jayie main kisiko bolti hoon" Manvi said..

Gautami held her hand and said "maine kaha na.. Tum jaake deke aao"

Manvi nodded and left. She took the food plate and heads towards his room, she knocked rapidly.

He said from inside "get in"

Manvi opened the door and gets inside, she kept the plate on the side table and said "aapke liye khana maa ne bejha hai"

He gazed her with firing eyes, Manvi left.

Manvi thinks "why he is so khadoos" and goes to do her work.

The next day, Vineet was checking a file. Manvi came to him and said "ye maa ki reports hai aap dekh lena ek baar"

He was busy in checking file "rakh do I will check"

Manvi kept the file on the table, Vineet received a call. He kept his file beside the reports and got busy on the call.

"Yea.. conference I am coming" in hurry he picked up the wrong file and left for office.

Manvi looked at the file and said "Are ye to reports nhi hai.. Galat file le gaye.." she followed him outside but he had already left.

VS Associates

Vineet was in conference, he opened the file and was shocked seeing the medical reports. He grinds his teeths in anger and murmured "manvi.."

He said "gentleman, we shall continue the conference after 20 minutes break" and left the conference room.

He came to his cabin and sighed "ye ladki hamesha mera kaam bigadti hai"

One of the staff member comes in with his file and says "sir, wo Manvi madam ye file deke gayi"

He took the file and said "Thik hai jao"

"Chalo koi acha kaam to kiya" he murmured and went back to conference.

Manvi watched him go and had a sign of relief, she tapped her own head "Thank god ab inke gusse ka samna nhi karna padega"

She turned and her dress got stuck in the nail, she pulled it and it got tore. She was shocked, she looked around and found a dress kept on the table. She picked it immediately and went to the washroom to change.

The secretary came and was surprised seeing the dress missing "Are sample kaha gaya?" she looked but was unable to find. Manvi left the office after changing.

"Oh no ab sir ko kya bolu?" she was scared. Secretary moved to the conference and informed him about sample dress missing.

Vineet shouted at her "how can you be so careless? Ab kya karenge?"

One of the member said "Mr. VS if your sample was not ready then what was the point of this conference? Wasted our time" and they left from there.

Vineet threw the things on the floor in anger. He looked at the secretary and said "Ab khadi kya ho? Go and find the sample"

The secretary nodded and left.

Vineet moved to his cabin, the secretary came back and said "Sir mujhe ye dress washroom mein mili! Lagta hai koi sample dress churake le gaya"

Vineet took the dress from her hand and recalled, Manvi wearing this today morning. He fumed in anger "I am not going to spare you for this"

VS Mansion

Manvi came back, Gautami saw her as she was wearing a different dress and asked "are waah? Itni khubsurat dress kaha se laayi?"

Manvi answered her "maa wo main office gayi thi file dene meri dress nail mein atak ke tore ho gayi thi to waha padi thi maine pehen li"

"Acha.. bahut achi hai tum isko apne pass hi rakhna wapas karne ki zaroorat nhi hai" Gautami said.

"Lekin Maa ye sample ho sakta hai na.. Main abhi change karke bijwa deti hoon office" Manvi said with a smile and moved to her room.

Manvi changed the dress, Gautami called her for something. She folds the dress and kept it on bed.

She moved out to attend Gautami "jee maa"

"Mere room mein cupboard mein ek cockroach tha kal, tum zara dekh logi" she said.

"Jee maa chalyie" Manvi said.

Both moved to her room, Manvi got busy with cleaning the cupboard. Gautami fell asleep while watching television. Manvi turned and said "maa ho gaya.." she smiled.

She moved to her, made her lay down properly and covered her with blanket, turning off the television.

Manvi moved out of room and closed the door, someone held her hand. She looked and it was Vineet. He was in anger, Manvi asked "kya.. Hua..?"

He pulled her, Manvi tried to free herself "chodiye mujhe kiya kya hai maine?" she asked him repeatedly.

He brought her at the hall and shouted "tumhari wajah se aaj itni badi deal mere haath se nikal gayi... how dare you steal my sample dress"

Manvi tried to explain.. "Nhi wo meri dress"

He threw her dress on her face and said frustratedly "ye tumhari gatiya dress jise bhool aayi thi tum! Vineet Singhania ka kaam koi bigade usko bilkul pasand nhi hai tumne to itni badi galti kar di"

Manvi wanted to explain but he did not gave her any chance. He pulled her out of the house, it was raining heavily. He made her stand and said in warning tone "puri raat yahi khadi rahogi tum samjhi" and moved back inside.

Manvi had tears in her eyes, she was getting wet into the rain.

It had been 2 hours, the rain finally stopped. She sat on the doorstep keeping her head on the wall and fall a sleep.
