Mitch's P.O.V

"Hey Mitch. Where's Crystal?" Jerome asks as I walk into the kitchen.

"She's sick. I came out here to get her a glass of water." I say and grab a cup from the cabinet.

"She's sick? She was fine yesterday." Jerome says.

"I know. The way illness works. Her temperature was 102.5 last night, and I imagine it's gone up since then."

"You might want to tell Ty because he wanted to work on her ender powers with her to make them stronger." Jerome says.

"He probably found out by now. Either by Twitter or he went in there to wake her up." I say and head down the hall towards Crystal's room. I open her door and see that she's asleep. Her TV's on with a video of all of us boys playing Cops and Robbers. I smile and put the cup down on her desk.

"Hey Mitch. I want to play." Sassy says as she jumps onto the table.

"Galzra, Poptart and some of the other pets are in the playroom if you want to hang out with them." I suggest.

"But I want to play with a human!" Sassy complains.

"There's leftover turkey."

"Move it!" Sassy hisses and runs out of the room. Geez, where did Flash come from? I shrug and head out of the room.

"Where's Crystal? I haven't seen her all day." Ty says.

"Sick." I simply say.

"Sick? She was fine yesterday!" He says.

"I know, that's what Jerome said. She had a temperature of 102.5 last night, and I'm sure it's gone up since then."

"Don't we have a challenge to do Wednesday?" Ty asks. I nod.

"But she won't join if she's still sick."

"Well duh. Well, I'm gonna do some parkour with Adam, Jason and Seto. You're more than welcome to join if you wish." Ty invites.

"I'm good." Ty nods and heads upstairs.
