Chapter 4
Fighting a Manticore/Recruiting Koneko

(After capturing Chun-Li on the team, she and Akeno worked together to eliminate a few goblins on their way with Max commanding them. But, they had noticed that the goblins have already disappeared or gone off to god who knows where, which confused Max and his Waifu-Mons.)

Max: "Where are the goblins? This forest's supposed to be crawling with them around."

Chun-Li: [tugs Max's shirt] "Excuse me, Master." [points at direction] "Look, over there."

(She was pointing at a cave.)

Max: [grin] "Aha! Those goblins must've retreated to that cave over there!" [pat Chun-Li's head] "Good eye, Chun-Li."

Chun-Li: [smile] "Thank you, Master."

(Max and his waifus went to the cave and once they entered, it was pretty dark inside.)

Max: "Hmm? Akeno, can you do something to light up this cave? That way, we can see where we're going easier without the darkness."

Akeno: [with a seductive smile; nods] "Yes, my Master~!"

(Akeno walked up a little bit and thanks to her lightning magic, she was able to created a ball of light from her hands.)

Max: "Thanks, Akeno."

(Akeno nodded with a cute smile.)

(As they walked all the way to the cave, there are no goblins in the cave, which disappoint Max.)

Max: "Aw, man! There's no goblins here! I thought for sure they'd retreated in here!"

(Just then, he heard something growl close by and he looked to see some glowing eyes right up in the shadows.)

Max: "Huh...!? What's that?"

(The creature moves out from the shadows to reveal a huge wild lion with a scorpion tail from his backside. It was a Manticore.)

Max: "Whoa! Is that a manticore!? I thought they were only just a myth in stories! Well, I should not be surprised since I'm with anime and game characters as my waifus. But still..."

(Enraged, a manticore roared at Max and his waifus and Max and his waifus decided to get out the cave since it's too small to fight. Once they're out in the open, a manticore busted out of the cave and roared, ready to do battle.)

(Akeno readied her lightning powers as Chun-Li got into her fighting stance like in her game. Max took cover behind the tree and views the battle.)

Max: "Be careful, Akeno and Chun-Li!"

Chun-Li: "Don't worry, Master. We will protect you from this dangerous beast!"

(Nodding in agreement, Akeno flew into the air and started shooting her Thunderbolts at the manticore. But the beast started firing spikes from its tail.)

Max: "Watch out for his spikes, Chun-Li! Try to destroy the stringer! Akeno, try to distract it so that Chun-Li can lend a nice hit on the beast!"

(Akeno nodded as she unleashed a powerful lighting attack on the manticore, shocking it as Chun-Li went around the beast and use her Thunder Kick to cut off the beast's tail, making the manticore roared in pain.)

Max: "YOU GOT IT!!"

(The manticore then gets very furious as it swung it's broken tail at Chun-Li's face, causing her to get launched in the air and crashed into a tree.)

Max: [afraid] "CHUN-LI!!"

(While Chun-Li was trying to get back up, the manticore charged at her. Fortunately, Akeno comes to the rescue as she fired her Ball of Bolt blast at the manticore, sending it flying back away from Chun-Li.)

Chun-Li: "Thank you, Akeno."

Akeno: [nods] "You're welcome."

(The manticore roared at the two females and charged at them, as they start to work together to attack the beast.)

Max: "Oh man! Both of them are not strong to defeat this beast! They need more help! But how?"

(All of a sudden, he hears a sound of munching noises behind him and he turned around to see a new waifu, who has white hair, yellow eyes and wearing a school uniform, sitting on the ground next to him and eating what appears to be a chocolate bar which seems to be Max's since it was in his bag and one of his supplies for camp.)

Koneko Toujou

Max: [quietly] "Whoa! It's Koneko! Another character from High School DxD. And...she's eating my chocolate bar!?" [shrug] "Meh, whatever. I have more in my bag, anyways. Hmm. Well, my waifus need help, so..."

(While Koneko was eating her chocolate, she failed to notice that Max was clearly right behind her with a card in hand and he put it on her head, immediately sucking her through the card with ease.)

W-Dex: You caught Koneko Toujou!

Max: [cheers] "Gotcha! Now, Koneko, I choose you!"

(He planted a card on the ground as Koneko came out while finishing her chocolate bar and stared at Max.)

Max: "H-hi! I'm Max, your new master. Sorry about capturing you off guard on that but I need your help! That beast is fighting with my waifus and they need help. Can you go and help them, please?"

(Koneko just stood there and look away, declining Max's request.)

Max: "Please!? I...I'll let you eat more of my chocolate bars from my bag if you can help them."

Koneko: [smirk] "...Okay."

(And with that, Koneko dashes to help Akeno and Chun-Li stop the manticore, much to Max's relief and joy.)

(Back at the battle, Akeno and Chun-Li are a little hurt by the manticore and it was about to attack them again. But then, Koneko comes in by striking the manticore with a strong Neko Kick, sending it flying back against the tree and Koneko lands on her feet.)

Akeno: "K-Koneko!? Is that you!?"

Koneko: "Hello, Akeno."

Chun-Li: "Thanks for the save, miss."

Koneko: "No problem. Now, let's finish this beast off for our Master."

(And with that, three females got into their battle stance and ready to fight the manticore together as a team. Meanwhile, Max was excited to see his waifus finished off the beast and was about to check Koneko's level and moveset are. But then, he saw something from the distance and it was another Neko female, which is Koneko's older sister.)

Kuroka Toujou

Max: "Whoa! It's Kuroka Toujou! Koneko's older sister and a ultra rare waifu! God, today's my lucky day. I gotta catch her before she gets away."

(As he was about to pull out his capture card to catch Kuroka, the manticore started swinging its tail, causing to knock some rocks around and sending them flying at Max as he noticed and screamed in horror as he blocks himself. But then, as the rocks flew at him with high speed, Kuroka jumps and lands in front of Max. She then destroy the rocks by doing some karate kicks and chops, rescuing Max in the process.)

Max: [with a surprise look; sighs in relief] "Whew, that was close. Thanks for saving me, Kuroka!"

(She turned around and looked at Max. Then, she smiled at him as she walk closer to him. Then, she kneeled down to him close to his face and lean in to feel his lips, much to Max's confusion.)

Max: "Hey! What are you-"

(She then kissed him right on the lips out of nowhere, much to Max's shock. He tried to get himself free, but Kuroka wrap her arms around his waist and deepens the kiss, entering his tongue and swirling it with hers.)

(About a few seconds later, Kuroka breaks off the kiss as saliva dripped off from their tongues and she winked at Max before she takes off hopping away from trees to trees.)

Max: "H-huh...!? Hey, wait!"

(But it was too late as Kuroka was already gone from his sight without a trace.)

Max "Aw, man! Well, there's always next time."
