Groaning, you sit up in bed, and turn off your alarm. Then you flop back down before launching out of bed. 

After doing your routine, you walk back into your room and see a pair of glasses on the stand next to the bed. 

You grin as you remember that Edward was over a night ago. He must have forgot his glasses and never bothered to come back and get them. 

Picking them up in your elegant fingers, you smirk. You're careful not to smudge them as you place them into your pocket.

You leave your house and drive to the GCPD, where Ed works. 

You saunter into the place like you own it, and everyone turns to gape at you. You frown and look at your outfit. 

A very flattering f/c dress, with high heels and a nice necklace to top it off. Loud cat calls follow you as you walk to where you see Ed grinning. 

Criminals call after you, but are silenced by the cops. 

"Hey, gorgeous. Can I help you?" A man standing next to Ed asks. 

You glance at him with a sour look, "I don't think so. I just came by to give Ed his glasses back. He left them at the house." 

You hand Ed the glasses and smile. 

"Oh, uh, yes, thank you."

"No problem." You reply. 

"So, you're his what? Sister, cousin?" The man presses. 

You smile at him patronizingly, "No, honey, I'm his girlfriend." 

The man looks flabbergasted at you both, "What? No way." 

"Harvey, leave them alone." Another man says, one you recognize as Detective Gordon. 

"Hey Gordon," you smile, "I was just leaving. See you tonight Ed." 

As soon as you left, Harvey turned towards Ed, "How is that even possible? Huh?"

Ed just smiled and went about his business.
