Superman and the Gotham Avengers met up with Tony at the Stark Tower. All 6 members were there as Superman met Tony. "Nice to meet ya other Supes," said Tony as he shook his hand. "The honor is mine Mr. Stark," replied Superman, "the idea of expanding The Avengers to other states and cities is an admirable feat." As Spider-Man watched him, his Spider-Senses kept telling him this doppelganger didn't sit well. As Tony took a seat in his chair, he asked, "So how can I help the Man of Steel From Another Dimension?"

"You have information that could be valuable and help save my planet," said Superman. "What kind of information?" Tony asked. "Are you aware of Thanos?" Superman asked. "Yeah, my team and I fought him years ago," said Tony. "Did he possess the six Infinity Stones and the Infinity Gauntlet?" asked Superman. "Yeah," said Tony, "he wiped out half the universe with those stones." Batwoman, Spider-Man, Black Canary, and Power-Woman were starting to get suspicious.  These were strangely off putting questions.

"If those stones could wipe out half a trillion lives," said Superman, "could they resurrect a deceased loved one?" Tony remembered the battle against Thanos. "We were able to undo what Thanos did," said Tony, "Nebula was the one responsible for that according to Dr. Strange. She's Thanos' granddaughter. So the idea of resurrection thanks to the stones isn't impossible..." Superman looked at Tony and asked, "What if she was pregnant and died 5 years ago? Could she and the unborn baby be resurrected with the stones?"

"Okay, your questions are going into the creep zone pal," said Power-Woman. "At ease Power-Woman," said Batwoman. "I don't know about that Superman," said Tony, "I never held any of the stones!" Superman frowned and said, "Does Thanos have the Gauntlet?" There was small tension in his voice. "There's a likelihood he doesn't," said Tony. Superman stood up and said, "if he doesn't, where is it?" Tony nervously said, "I don't know!"

"DON'T LIE TO ME, STARK!!!!" Superman yelled, banging his fists on the table, damaging it. Red heat was beginning to show in his eyes. Batwoman quietly got out some batarangs. "Dude, take a chill pill!" said a stressed-out Tony. Superman grabbed his collar and said, "Don't you tell me to take a chill pill! I've had to kill a lot of people in order to make my world a better one! I will kill anyone who stands in my way! If you don't know where the Gauntlet is, then I'm sure you'll know where Thanos is, and HE will know where the Gauntlet is! If you don't tell me where Thanos is, Stark; so help me, I will rip your arc reactor from your chest!!!" 

"That's enough Superman!" said Batwoman. Her eyes narrowed. "I knew it!" said Spider-Man, "I knew this dude was bad news! Spider-Senses are usually right!" Superman glared at The Gotham Avengers and said, "is your team willing to stand in my way Gordon? I'm disappointed in you, Barbara. You're just like your father's counterpart. Except he paid for his betrayal with his life. The child truly follows in their father's footsteps." Batwoman glared and said, "I fight for what I believe is right. What you're doing is too far, Superman. Spider-Man, get Tony! Colossus, armor up!" Piotr then turned into his metallic form.

Spider-Man then snatched Tony from the evil Superman's arms. Colossus charged towards Superman, ready to punch him. But Superman grabbed his fist, and crushed it slightly. Colossus yelled in pain. Superman then grabbed him and pushed him near Spidey and Tony, knocking them down. They were all seeing stars. Black Canary breathed in, ready to do her signature scream, but Superman used his super-breath to blow BC out the window. She fell. "I'll get her!" said Static as he got out his surfboard and flew out to stop BC from falling to her death. Batwoman threw her adamantium batarangs at Superman, but he caught them and crushed them. "Toys," he said, unimpressed. He then grabbed her leg, thrashing her around, then he threw her to Power-Woman. This knocked the wind out of Jessica as they were thrown so hard, they smashed a wall into another room.

"This is Gotham's idea of Earth's Mightiest Heroes?" Superman asked, "Pathetic. The only reason I haven't killed you all is because I'm merciful enough to let you quit while you can. I'll find the whereabouts of the Infinity Gauntlet. And I will kill anyone who stands in my way." Superman then flew out of Stark Tower. Meanwhile, Dinah was screaming in terror as she kept on falling. But right in the nick of time, Static caught her in his arms. Black Canary sighed in relief. "Good timing kid," said Dinah as she smiled. "Hey, we're Avengers," said Static, "we look out for each other as a team, and as friends. Goin' up?" Static and Dinah flew back up to the top of Stark Tower. Static and Black Canary were surprised to see their teammates defeated. Static asked, "Did we just lose?"
