Patrick’s POV

God this woman is super sexy. I don’t know how I got so lucky that out of everyone she can have she picked me. When she sucked my finger, into her mouth it was ecstasy what that tongue of hers was doing. I thought I was going to blow a load right there.

This is going to be killer waiting till we get married to make love. “Come on let’s go home” I tell her.

We head out to the house and my brain is full of so many things I want to do to her. She was playing with my hair running her fingers through it as I drove, making me crazy. Finally I had enough. I pulled into a forest preserve and parked.

I drove us back hope anticipating a lesson but as soon as we got to the door a car drove up. Damn the timing, freaking Sam.

“Stop looking like you want to kill him” Said Amy Lu.

“Hey guys you just getting home?” Sam asked as he approached.

“Yeah we went out for lunch” Amy Lu tells him as she goes and kisses his cheek making me mad.

So I pull her to me and wrap my arms around her waist and put my chin on her shoulder. “So what brings you by?” I ask Sam.

He looks from me to Amy Lu then smirks. ‘Told you getting him jealous would work” He says.

“What” I say straightening up.

“Nothing Patrick, so what does bring you by?” Amy Lu asked Sam glaring at him. What the hell. Did they plan everything they did?

He looks around then motions to the door. “Can we go in I want to ask your opinion about something.”

One inside we took a seat as Amy Lu went to the kitchen to start a pot of coffee. We waited till she joined us and then Sam started. “My friend Evan from New York called and told me that there was a guy who just got paroled heading our way. Guess he did something bad to a girl and got locked up. But served his time but did not learn his lesson.

He found out where this girl went and is looking for her.” He tells us.

“Well why are we involved?” I asked him.

“He called me because he thought I was still working undercover for the police. I told him I was a PI now. The reason why I’m telling you is because he said he wanted me to keep an eye on this girl and well I helped Jim put together the surveillance for Harley so when I heard the name I freaked. The girl is Harley’s sister Raven.” He said.

Jim’s POV

We finally arrived later that night and we were all tired as hell. “Come on guys you can get the stuff out later.” I tell them.

“No I need Kate’s things” Janet says.

“No you don’t there is a surprise inside for you guys.” I tell them as I usher then upstairs. I open the door and they walk in. I see them look around and everything looks the same. Freddy gives me a questioning look.

“Not here in Kate’s room.” I say

I then walk to the door and open it. They follow and then I turn the light on. We where assaulted by lilac walls and a crib that turns into a day bed with rails as she grows then into a twin bed and lastly a full size bed when she’s older. It is made of solid pine so it will last forever. Then I got her a matching dresser hutch combo that doubles as the changing table.

The room has lace and satin making it super girly for my taste but Amy Lu said it was fit for our Princess Kate.

“Oh my goodness Jim, you did this for my little girl” She asked looking all teary eyed.

I smiled at her “she is my niece so I had to show her how much it means to me to have her in my life.” I tell Janet and she ran to hug me and cried. Then Freddy put his hand on my shoulder and squeezed.

“I love you man, don’t you ever forget that you always have a place in my home.’ He tells me.

“I know brother. But it’s time I looked for a place of my own and a family of my own. I’m about to get and get it.” I hand Janet back to him and walk out to find my destiny.
