Ash blew over me as I stood outside, the explosion is over. It was all over, Ghost ended themselves. Others stepped out beside me, standing quietly as the sky darkened by smoke and ash blew. Why would he do this to himself?

"What do we do now?" Someone spoke quietly from behind me. I turned to everyone who grouped up behind me. "It's over," I spoke quietly, trying not to cry. War had been all we ever known because of Ghost and Shadow. "I think we should go in our houses and wait for all the smoke to clear." Everyone nodded, "what happens if they come back?" Bash spoke up, holding his tactical shotgun in case someone tried stepping near us unwanted. "I don't think they're coming back, Ghost obliterated everything." We all stepped into our houses, living in Misty Meadows was nice. Now all the houses are dark and gloom, from the once happy and vibrant place. I heard a knock on my door, it was Bash. "My house took too much damage for me to stay in it, can I stay with you?" I nodded, he stepped in, walking with me to my room upstairs. I showed him the guest bedroom on the second floor then went to my room on the third floor. I went into my bathroom, staring to the outside world. So much ash, so much destruction. I lost my home town to that man's act, everyone was so gloom. A tear fell as I watched everyone shutting their doors and windows. I went to my bed to lay down, this was the start, we were all scared.

I got out of bed the next morning, getting dressed and walking outside. Bash was already outside, his colors were fading. "We were just left here for dead, everyone else was saved but us." He whispered, I looked up with him as the bus left. "That means everyone good was relocated to another island, they left us with the bad guys." We looked at each other as we grabbed weapons. "You're my best friend Bash," I spoke quietly as he tilted his head. "I'm glad, now, let's get moving. I can't have you in danger as long as I'm alive." I followed behind him as I grabbed my backpack. I filled it with slurp juice and snacks, I put an extra pistol in there just in case. He carried his shotgun as he walked up the mountain beside Misty. I followed after with an assault rifle. "We'll go up here for lookout, this is our only option of connection to anyone."

We reached the radio shack on the mountain, we walked in, he sat his gun down as he sat in the chair. Rolling himself over to the communication devices and started messing with them. A message came through, "attention to all units. Ghost has wiped out everyone, shadow is moving in quickly! Someone help, we're still here, Ghost is still here!"

Bash stared quietly. "We gotta move, we have to help the last of them left." He grabbed a map by the desk, "we'll head to the agency now." He circled the agency and the drew the path we'll be taking. He rolled it up and put it in our bag, we walked out of the radio station, looking up at the helicopter stationed beside us. "I don't know how to drive but I'll figure it out." He pulled me to it and we got in.
