For those wondering if this is canon to Loins of Society, it is 100% not.  I did this picture for practice on Mona's kind of hard to crack character design and to follow a theme for the third day of Goretober.  However, I have a make believe story to explain what is occurring here to my bookworm gothic cat.

  After trying to hunt down the Widower herself, Mona is captured by a group of their followers, and is imprisoned in an abandoned house.  She is set to be sacrificed for what the followers believe will be good fortune and immortality.  (Yeah, these guys are insane in the membrane.)  However, her friends Maddie and Nicki have tracked her down just in time and are on their way to save Mona just in time.
