Doug is definitely one of the more interesting characters I've created over the years. He is a humanoid bear that is very critical about everything, to the point that it can annoy others. Every movie Doug must read a review about before seeing it for himself, and he has to be strongly convinced to do something new. From his years of critical analysis of the world, Doug created an online account for video reviews on everything from movies, shows, and books. To most, he seems very shallow and cold in conversation. However, his friend Nicki sees kindness deep down and has even made Doug see the world from different eyes when necessary. This humanoid bear is a strong example of a flawed character, something metaphorically shared by the concept of Jekyll and Hyde.

This picture of a possessed Doug shows this Jekyll and Hyde concept of his character. He can be bad from appearances when the ID side of his brain takes over. However, Doug is deep down kind and only does what he believes to be right.
