New oc! I wanted to make this gorey but decided to go with a kind of humorous attempt instead (hence the Monty python reference lol. I think it failed it doesn't make sense in this context)

Anyway yeah I'll take name suggestions, she can kind of control time (not large scale, only like small things. Like her arm is broken in this, she's reversing time to fix the bone), and as you may be able to tell, she lives in a steampunk-style universe (that'll probably be along the dystopian lines because why not :3), specifically in a clock tower :D
