day 146

"t-tyler no please." josh cried weakly. he watched the basement door close and was encapsulated into the darkness once again.

tyler put him back in the basement.

no reason either. he just woke up, and decided he didn't like josh roaming freely anymore.

he cried and tugged on the metal chain around his foot once again.

he repeated tyler's name over and over again, just wishing he would say it was a joke.

he couldn't believe tyler would do something like this. he thought everything was good.

he didn't know what he did wrong.

a little while later, the door opened once again. josh perked up and looked over to see tyler walking down the stairs.

"tyler i'm sorry i'm sorry please i'll do anything." josh begged. tyler stayed silent as he walked over to the him.

tyler brought his two fingers under joshs chin, pushing his head up so it was facing him.

"it's me. please tyler it's me please." josh begged and whined.

"i know who you are." tyler said. josh stared confused. as tyler just looked down at him.

"what did i do?" josh asked.

tyler said nothing and reached into his back pocket. joshs breath caught in his throat as he saw the knife in his hand.

"what are you doing?" josh stuttered.

"shhhh." tyler said. he wasn't even blinking. like he was in a trance.

josh was shaking uncontrollably. he was the most scared he's ever been.

"tyler," josh sobbed

"turns out i did get bored with you." tyler said, swinging his arm.

josh gasped, bringing his hands up to his throat.

he pulled them back, seeing they were soaked in red.

he grasped at his throat, feeling the gash in it. the blood poured faster than he could comprehend.

tyler maintained eye contact, still with no blinking. he watched as the life faded out of joshua's eyes.

joshs vision faded into black, the image of tyler's sickening eyes being burned into him.

he reached out for tyler, as he slowly fell back and everything faded away.

josh jolted awake, grasping around for anything he could grab.

he choked and clawed at his throat, attempting to get a hold of a breath.

"joshua, hey hey joshua." tyler consoled, reaching over and grab him.

"no! no no no." josh cried.

"hey, hey it was a dream. just a dream." tyler said, confused on what had happened.

"you, you killed me." josh cried.

"no, no it was a dream." tyler said. "what happened?"

"you put me back in the basement and said you were bored and you killed me." josh cried and stuttered.

"hey. you're in my bed. you're alive." tyler said. "i couldn't ever get bored of you."

josh finally allowed him to wrap his arms around him and pull him down.

"just me and you." tyler said.

"thank you." josh said quietly.

"go back to sleep it's all alright." tyler kissed his forehead.

"just a dream." josh said.

"just me and you."
