"you're finally starting to understand." tyler said quietly, turning to look to him.

"understand what?" josh asked confused. they were sitting on the couch watching tv.

"the life you were meant to live." tyler said.

josh stared into his eyes, processing on what to say next.  his immediate reaction was to scream that he would never be like tyler, that killing was wrong and he wouldn't do it.

tyler just waited for a response. josh spoke up after a little while.

"i'm officially going insane."

tyler smiled big.

"yeah?" tyler asked.

"i don't remember anything from before." josh looked at him, his eyes watery. "this is,"

he paused, tyler continuing to stare at him.

"this is it." he shrugged. "this will be it forever."

"yeah. it will." tyler nodded.

"i-i," josh stuttered, not knowing what to say. tyler waited patiently as he thought.

"i think i want that." josh said after a while.

"you do want that." tyler said.

"i want that." josh nodded, looking over and making eye contact. his breath was shaky.

tyler leaned in a bit, joshs turning hot. his eyes explored his face.

"just accept it." tyler whispered, their faces inches apart.

"im yours." josh said, leaning in closer as well. his lip quivered, tyler cupping his jaw.

"i want this." josh whispered.

tyler finally closed the gap between them, their lips locking together. josh melted into his touch. their lips moved slowly but passionately together.

josh reluctantly pulled back, blinking a bit as focused on tyler's dark eyes.  he felt a sense of relief wash over him.

he wasn't scared anymore.

"i'm fucking insane."
