"yeah right, no way in hell i'm doing that." josh rolled his eyes, talking to his roomate ryan.

"oh come on pleaseeee?" ryan asked, giving him a fake pouty face.

"ugh fine." josh huffed, grabbing ryan's laptop. he wanted him to take his bio test for him. "you owe me."

"i'll buy you dinner." ryan said.

"deal." josh agreed, taking on the task of his test.

Joshua Dun is a 20 year old college student, attending a decent sized university in ohio. he's a junior, and is majoring in exercise and health sciences. with the goal of becoming a baseball coach.

he lives in an apartment with his bestfriend ryan, who he met at a party. they decided to be roommates after hanging out a few times, since they both needed one.

his parents live in ohio, but on the opposite side of the state. josh moved away from them because he wanted to start fresh on his own.

"damn another one." ryan sighed, pointing to the tv.

"really? that makes like 4 now right?" josh said.

"yup. scary." ryan tuned into the tv.

"i want to remind everyone to keep your doors and windows locked. try not to go out at night by yourself, and avoid meeting people online. as of right now, no leads have been produced as to how this killer or killers are capturing their victims, or any victim profiling. here is Jane Pillar at the scene of our last crime."

"hello everyone i am currently at the roundhouse, a local bar that was the last place 23 year old victim cecilia bates was seen......" the reporter went on, as josh and ryan looked at each other.

"jesus ry." josh said.

"this is crazy. i wonder how many more missing people are related to this?" ryan thought out loud.

josh sighed, continuing to focus on ryan's test and remembering to lock his door extra tight tonight.
