The doctor spotted the problems a few months ago but couldn't figure it out until today when she said she found the babies were healthy, but my body was reacting badly

No, but it's similar, everything else is fine. I can conceive, I can grow, and I can go into labour, but actually having the child could kill me and the baby

Another part of this all is there's a heightened possibility she'll go into premature labour, which would mean she would need to get to the hospital as fast as possible for an emergency c-section
