Baby Bennett-Cassidy... x2?

Baby Bennett-Cassidy has been born! Or we should say Babies Bennett-Cassidy have been born.

Katie Cassidy went into labour on VFS yesterday after noon after greeting Robert Downey Jr, she was rushed to hospital and to complications in labour, she had an emergency c-section at 3:45pm on February 1st, 2019.

The Bennett-Cassidy's decided to keep the gender and names a secret, even not giving out ultrasound photos to their castmates and family, which we have found out is due to them hiding a secret. Baby Bennett-Cassidy is actually babies Bennett-Cassidy.

Twins!

Johnathan Manaia Bennett-Cassidy was first born, Katie's first child and Manu's first son. Named after both his father and uncle John.

Dinah Kaia Bennett-Cassidy was born second. Katie's first daughter and Manu's fourth daughter. Named after Katie's character in the Arrowverse as well as the Mama Lance.

Melissa took to Katie's twitter to explain the reasoning of Katie's 3 month early delivery.

"Katie was told a week ago she would have a troubling last few months of pregnancy, her body was not built to give birth meaning she would need a c-section.

She was put on mandatory bed rest but was allowed to set to meet Robert, which we believe the excitement set her labour off.

The twins are healthy compared to most premature babies, and are expected to make a full recovery and be home with Katie and Manu soon.

Katie is also happy and healthy, staying close to her babies and hubby. She'll update you all eventually and thanks you for the warm wishes and congratulations"
