Everyone who could arrived at Vancouver General and was placed in a private waiting room. Melissa and Caity were the only ones able to go between Katie and Manu and us to give us updates.

"Has anyone called Karin?" Grant asked.

"Yea, Manu called her on the way to the hospital, she's getting on a plane with the girls in a few hours" Chyler said.

Melissa walked in, "They just began the c-section" She sighed. "Caity went to call Katie's family to update them"

"She's 3 months from her due date, isn't this dangerous for the baby?" I asked.

"The Baby is completely healthy according to ultrasounds, the doctor said there's a chance it'll have to stay in an incubator for a month" Melissa sat next to me.

"She'll be fine" Grant nodded. "She's a strong girl"

"Hell, she's probably joking with Manu right now" John chuckled.

Caity walked back in, walking to Melissa and whispering something. "We'll be right back" Melissa jumped up and they rushed out.

"What was that?" Grant asked.

"I don't know" I shrugged.

Maybe A was born and already in an incubator waiting for baby B. I stood over the glass case in awe of that small thing. "My god" I coo'd.

A baby boy.

"Baby B is making its entrance" The doctor announced.

Manu was leaning next the Katie who had her eyes closed tightly. "Hey" he whispered. "Our twins are here"

"I know" She sniffled. "I just.."

"Oh, Katie" Manu kissed her forehead.

"I wanted to experience the real thing" She leaned into him. I was going to wipe a tear away when a cry broke out. Baby B was born.

"Oh" Caity gasped. A nurse carried the crying baby to Katie's chest.

"A baby girl" The nurse whispered.

"Oh my god" Katie sobbed. "A boy and a girl"

"She's beautiful, and he's handsome" Manu smiled. "Thank you so much, Katie"

"Oh god, I'm going cry" Caity leaned on me and the nurse quickly went to clean her off and put her in the incubator as well.

"They'll make it, won't they?" Katie looked over at us.

"Well, baby boy-" Katie cut me off.

"Johnathan" She smirked. "Johnathan Manaia Bennett-Cassidy"

"Johnathan, looks small but is also strong" I said, putting my hand in the little hole. He gripped my pinkie and let go when the nurse brought over the girl.

"That's good" Katie smiled.

"And Dinah?" Manu asked.

"Dinah Kaia Bennett-Cassidy" Katie said.

"Dinah is" I watched as the nurse began to put her in the incubator. "Awake and very reactive to her brother"

"That's great! Right?" Katie asked.

"It's amazing" The nurse said. "They're strong, and healthy as can be"

Katie nodded and leaned back. "Good"

Katie C fell asleep after the c-section, meaning we couldn't meet the baby in her room, so the hospital put the incubator in a different room so we could see it through a glass window.

We gathered around it and began watching as a nurse drew back a curtain to reveal an incubator with two babies.

"Wait" Katie MG said. "There's two There"

"Are we looking at the wrong baby?" Brandon asked.

"Nope" Melissa and Caity walked over. "Meet the Bennett-Cassidy twins"

"What?" Carlos said, his voice almost high pitched.

"Twins?" John exclaimed.

"Shh! This glass and the incubator isn't sound proof" Caity scolded.

"Why didn't they tell us they were having twins?" Nick asked.

"Because, we wanted to keep it a secret" Manu walked over.

"Twins?" Grant asked, "You wanted to keep twins a secret?!?"

"Yes" Manu smiled. "Meet my son and daughter. Johnathan and Dinah"

"Holy shit"
