Katniss when she's getting advice from Prim.

"I'm thinking of proposing to (y/n), what do you think?" Katniss asked Prim as they were gathering snow outside their house. Katniss was worried that you would say no, so she asked Prim for advice.

"I think that she would be stupid to say no to you. I'm happy that you've found someone." Prim smiled at her. Katniss grinned and pulled her sister into a hug.
