"Hey, kiddo!" Namjoon waved, signaling his presence.

"Joon hyung!" Taehyun greeted back as the two siblings stepped into The Magic Coffee Shop for their morning meetup with Joon and Yoongi.

Ara and Taehyun walked up to his table and got seated.

"Where's Yoongi?" Ara asked Namjoon, and Taehyun nodded eagerly wanting to know the same.

"He said he got caught up in something. He'll be here soon," Namjoon said and the two nodded in response.

Yoongi was on his way down the street, and towards the Magic Coffee Shop when he saw a little girl on the pavement, trying to tie her shoelaces.

He smiled inwardly as he walked up to her and offered to tie it for her.

The girl smiled at him as he looked up at her face after tying the shoelace, warming his heart.

"Thank you, oppa!" she expressed her gratitude and Yoongi nodded, flashing his signature gummy smile, making the girl giggle cutely.

"Be careful with your laces, okay? You might have tripped," he warned and she nodded, before averting her gaze to Yoongi's wrist, right where the soulmark was.

"Aah, oppa! You and your soulmate like music? Is he or she cute like you?" she exclaimed happily and Yoongi looked down at his wrist, looking at the little mic stringed with a musical note.

But that's not where his mind was.

He was surprised that the girl said 'he or she' rather than just 'she'.

People were really learning to accept the LGBTQ+ community into the new normal.

He felt proud, but his heart ached at the fact that his soulmate probably wasn't happy to find him.

He then shrugged off the feeling and looked back at the girl, who was patiently waiting for an answer. He smiled again as he opened his mouth to answer, but the girl's mother suddenly appeared in front of them, pulling the girl along.

"Ahh, Jiyoung! Haven't I told you not to talk to strangers? God knows what their intentions may be!" the mother scolded the girl, and Yoongi's smile wilted.

"What the-" he stopped and scoffed to himself, trying to hold himself back from going off at the girl's mother.

He then went his way towards the Magic Coffee Shop. Just as he reached the front door, he saw the same boy from the other day. His soulmate.

"Is it just the soulmate bond speaking, or is he actually so cute?" Yoongi muttered to himself as he pushed the door open.

Right as he entered, he heard a loud chuckle that sounded like someone was wiping the window, from behind him, startling him.

He turned around to be face to face with a tall man with wide shoulders, smiling down at him.

"Hey there, welcome to Magic Coffee Shop! I'm Kim Seokjin! This was my mom's shop before she handed it down to me a week ago before she went back home to Gwacheon!" he said and bowed.

"Hi, I'm Min Yoongi! Do you mind me asking you why you were laughing at me when I entered?" he asked, clearly confused.

And he started laughing his windshield wiper laughter again, making Yoongi bite down on the urge to roll his eyes.

"Aah, you think that guy's cute?" he asked pointing towards the kitchen, where Hoseok stood.

Yoongi followed his finger and eyes landed on Hoseok, who was currently flirting with a female customer at the counter.

Yoongi's stomach churned at the sight, but his eyes went wide when Hoseok turned to look at the two older boys, looking right at him.

Hoseok's smile turned into a frown as he excused himself from the girl and went back into the kitchen.

Jin sighed and turned to Yoongi, with a more serious expression this time. 

"Can we talk, Yoongi?"
