Everything is so dark...I can't see anything. I feel like I am drowning. Where am I?

As I looked around me, I was meet with nothing just darkness. I was alone!

Me: Am I dead?

Fenrir: No, Master! We would never let you die!

Wait, is that...

Then all of the sudden a wolf came to me. The same wolf that saved us from drowning or I at least was sure he did, the same wolf that was responsible for this outcome in the first place.

Me: Fenrir?

Fenrir: Yes, master?

Me: Where am I?

Fenrir :In your domain master.

Me: My domain?!

Fenrir: The darkness, Master! It is yours to command.

Is this my quirk?!

That can't be I am quirkless!!!

Does this mean that I gained a quirk from all the times I tried to kill myself?!

Why now?!

Why not earlier? Why now?!

I begged god and even worship Satan at some point just to get a quirk...

Why God or whoever you are?

Why do you love toying with me so much?!

Is my life a game or a show for you?

Is it entertaining?!

Fenrir: Are you ok Master?!

Me: No...

Fenrir: What can we do?

Me: We?!

Then all of the sudden another pair of eyes caught my attention it was a black fox.

???: Yes, we Master!

A fox?!

However as I was thinking that, I saw how large the fox was, 1.6 meters and it had nine tails.

A Kitsune?!

Me: Kuro?

Kuro: Yes Master?

Again I knew the name of the creature and it felt familiar and not threatening at all. I went to the fox's side and stretched my arm out in order to touch him. Before I could even touch the fox, he nudged up against my hand. It was clear that the fox waited for me to pet him he was even super happy. Kuro's tails was wagging and I could hear a low whine and a growl from Fenrir.

Fenrir was jealous and I could feel it. It was as if we were all connected and shared a bond. I felt Kuros overflowing happiness too.

After I petted Kuro I turned around only to see that Fenrir had his head hung low his tail also just hanging down. I went to his side and hugged the giant wolf and petted him around the neck while I was hugging him. He felt so warm and his fur was so soft and fluffy. In respond to my actions, he leaned his head against my shoulder and his tail was wagging like crazy.

Are there more of them?

???: You guys are overwhelming Master! Move!!!

Who is that?!

I let the wolf go and looked at the creatures that were now standing close to us.

A Dragon, a Phoenix and a Griffin.

Griffin: We are yours to command Master!

Phoenix: It's nice to finally have a Master!

Dragon: I am sure our young Master is confused right now.

Who wouldn't be confused?!

Me: Can someone explain what is going on?!

Fenrir: You seek the darkness more then anyone else in this world and became our master.

Does this make any sense?!

Dragon: *Sigh* Let me explain. We are creatures of the dark. Everyone of us is made of darkness itself. There are thousands of us here living in the shadows. We are what people see in their darkest nightmare and we are born from their deepest fears.

Phoenix: We were watching you from afar in the shadows and saw how much you desired the darkness. This desire was so strong that you made a connection to us.

Griffin: This connection is so strong that we were able to not only show ourselves but also gain a physical form.

Kuro: We decided that me and Fenrir will be watching over you from now on and make sure that nothing will happen to you!

Fenrir: You no longer are alone. We will forever be creatures of the night. Me and Kuro will be in your shadow watching and protecting you! If any harms befalls you even self-afflicted we will act and ensure that you will not die.

Me: Even if my desires are strong?!

Fenrir: Master, by all due respect, you are important to us! We would not bear to lose our new master this fast!

Kuro: You also don't deserve to die! You are an important to us!

Dragon: Me and the others will be here in the shadows. If Fenrir and Kuro are not enough to ensure your safety call us.

Me: Huh? I thought you all will be by my side.

Griffin: We will be. Our bond is stronger than anything. However we would only be a hindrance in our form for you. People fear us and we are not able to hide our presence once we are out of the shadow realm nor can we change our appearance or form like Fenrir or Kuro.

Me: Change appearance?

Fenrir: Let me show you.

The black wolf then began shrinking and was the size of a normal wolf. It's fur also changed color. Instead of the black fur he had that also looked like some kind of mist, he now had a normal black wolf.

Me: Wow...

I kneeled down in front of the wolf and petted its head. Fenrir looked like he wanted to be touched by me and I would even say that he begged me to do it with his puppy dog eyes.

Dragon: It is now time for you to wake up.

Phoenix: And remember we are always with you, you are not alone anymore!

Griffin: We and all the shadow quirks are under your command, we need you!

Then I saw them slowly vanishing in the darkness and the darkness itself that was surrounding me then began to lighting up. In the next moment I woke up.

As I was slowly opening my eyes, I could hear someone talking but I still wasn't completely by myself and could only hear inaudible voices.

That voice sound like Aizawa...

I blinked severally times without responding until I could finally hear what the people around me say.

Recovery Girl: If you can hear us then please blink twice as a yes.

Aizawa: Problem child please respond.

Nezu: Zuku, come on my child respond.

Me: Hmm?

Recovery Girl: Finally, you are responding. I was worried there.

Why would you be?

Aizawa: How do you feel?

Me: Fine...

It was true I felt refreshed and calm but extremely tired.

Recovery Girl: Are you sure?

Why are they all acting like I died?!

Why are you even looking at me like that?

Nobody died, right?

All three heroes were looking at me with tears in their eyes.

Me: Yeah...

Nezu: Then it's good.

Aizawa then gave me a glass of water and was standing beside my bed. I was about to stand up from my laying position, until Aizawa stopped me.

Aizawa: Don't move yet.

What's going on?

Did I get hurt that bad?!

Recovery Girl: What is the last thing you remember?!

Me: Falling of a cliff.

Nezu: Before that?

Me: Being in the entrance area of your- I mean our house.

Aizawa: And then?

Me: Falling.

Recovery Girl: Do you remember how you got there?

Me: No...

I began panicking. Something was wrong and they were scaring me. I didn't like the situation at all and then all of the sudden my wolf jumped out of a shadow behind Aizawa. He pinned the hero closest to me down on the floor and was growling at him in his fully 2.5 shadow wolf form.

Recovery Girl and Nezu backed away just in case the wolf would do something to Aizawa when he feels threatened.

Me: Stop Fenrir!

Fenrir: Yes Master!

They all looked perplexed at what they just witnessed. The wolf changed it's form and jumped on the bed I was laying and was now laying beside me.

Nezu: May I asked why you called him Master?

Fenrir: Cause he is the master of the darkness.

Nezu: Interesting.

Aizawa: What did he just say?

Me: Did you not understand him?

Recovery Girl: No, sweet heart. We can't.

Me: Huh?

Nezu: Interesting. This means that you developed a quirk and that this is not just an animal from the woods.

Me: HUH?!

I mean I already did come up with that conclusion but it didn't feel real. Hearing it from you made this a lot more real.

Recovery Girl: I am just happy that you are awake. How about we try and figure your quirk out later.

Me: Ahm, how long was I out?

Aizawa: 3 weeks.

3 WEEKS?!

Recovery Girl: You developed a really high fewer, I was scarred that we would lose you any minute. It is a huge release and I am happy to see that you are finally awake and that it went down some couple of house ago. Nezu and Aizawa refused to move from your side, they were also scared of losing you!

I am sorry for scaring you guys!

Nezu: Never scare me like this again, Izu!

Fenrir: I won't let anything happen to him!

Nezu: Good!

Me: *Yawn*!

I just woke up from a 3 week sleep but I felt so tired as if I didn't sleep at all.

Recovery Girl: You look tired but before you got to sleep how about I check you up real quick?

Me: Okay....

She then checked me up and declared that I was healthy and completely okay again. Then I went to sleep with the wolf beside me and one of my hands at the side of his head. I needed to feel him physically, I felt like I needed the reassurance that he was there and that this wasn't all a dream.
