I ran, trying my legs giving up slowly.

 As much as I didn't want to give up, I was slowly. I don't know where he is now. He could be with a friend, or dead for as much as I know. 

The rain grew heavy, and the air grew colder. I walked around a park I wasn't very familiar with as for how long I lived here. 

My voice grew weak the more and more I tried to call for him, my hope growing low.
